When I try to sync with iTunes it says when Kellie-PC is available it will sync but thats the name of my old network/router. I would like to know how to sync with the new network/router name.
go to settings/wifi then in choose a network tap other and type in the name of your network and then the password

Need help resetting ipod touch? I have followed all the directions and still it goes back to ipod is disabled connect to iTunes.
Try disabling the computer's antivirus and firewall.
- Next try the manual install method of:

Place the iPod in recovery mode after the firmware download is complete and then restore using the instructions in the article. Sometimes recovery mode timeouts and returns to disabled before the firmware download is complete.

I have material shot on a new camera. It's a Panasonic AG-HPX250EJ.
According to the clip properties of the media on the camera the footage was shot 16x9 at a frame rate of 50i
The format is DV25_420
The problem is that when I connect the camera to the iMac via a USB cable and attempt to import the media into FCPX (I'm running version 10.0.1) it displays as 4x3.
What am I doing wrong?
Needless to say I have a deadline looming for the edit and I'm rather tearing my hair out.If problem persists after importing via FW
Select the clips in the event browser and in the inspector select INFO.
Ensure that the View bottom Left is set to SETTINGS.
You should be able to change the way FCPX interprets the clips via Anamorphic Override. -

I just got a new phone today the iphone 5c and i plugged it into itunes. i wanted to get all of my data from my iphone 4s but when i synced my phone all of my iphone 3 data was on my new phone how do i get my iphone 4 data on my new phone?
Did you choose the wrong back up? There should be a drop box when you go to "Restore from Back up" in iTunes and your iPhone is plugged in, on the Summary page. Choose the correct back up. If you can't find one, and you still have your device, back up your iPhone 4 again and then choose that back up. Or check for an old iCloud back up if you have one.

When I synced my phone with my mac, the music that I had in my phone got transferred to my mac. 140 songs to be exact, however I can no longer see the songs on my phone, only the purchased album I have appears. How can I get the songs I had back?
Connect your phone to computer, and sync like this. Check the boxes for the playlists, artists, albums you want to sync. Then click Apply. If you have enough space on your phone, you can choose Entire music library.

The censorship in regards to certain apps not being available in your country is by your country, not by Apple.
Due to various laws and licensing in each country, in order to have an iTunes store account in a particular country you must have a credit card with a billing address in that country. If this were up to Apple, there would be no such requirement and there would be only one iTunes store for the entire world, but various laws, regulations, and licensing issues in each country, this is required by Apple. -

I downloaded an album but one of the songs is corrupted, it only plays for about 4 seconds. When I try to re-download using the iTunes Store and "Purchased", it won't give me the option to download it again. How can I get the song I PAID for!!??
Depending upon what country that you are in (music can't be re-downloaded in all countries) then try deleting that track from your iTunes library and redownload it via the Purchased link under Quicklinks on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page on your computer's iTunes.
If you aren't in a country where you can re-download music or if it re-downloads in the same state then try the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support : http://reportaproblem.apple.com

Thanks for the help, but i've actually done that before.
It does not help, because it only shows the photos on the camera roll and do not show the photos synchronized with that pc that i dont have access anymore.
The photos/albums all appear on the ipad, i can see it without problems but i cant get them out of the ipad to save onto pc for backup.
And i reaaly need it, as it is the only place that i actually have these photos now... -

Thank you for your help. I am still having trouble. As you can tell, I am not technologically advanced AT ALL. My music is all showing up in the library but when I go to file in the top left corner, Sync is greyed out and I cannot select it. I'm gonna continue to try this.
