It says You must authorize this computer before you can download prviuos purchases. I have downloaded before?

I need to know how to delete the most recent version of Firefox. I JUST downloaded it tonight and my computer doesn't have that little edit bar to work with so I can download the proper Adobe player and my internet has been screwed up ever since I downloaded the new version of Firefox. I just want the old version of it back since I apparently can't download the Adobe stuff that is necessary to keep my computer safe from Hackers. It sure would have been nice to know there was an issue with the new Firefox Update BEFORE I uploaded it. I have Vista which is usually an issue with both Adobe and Firefox. Every time Firefox openedI have also noticed all my settings won't stay set, example....I removed the check mark from "third party cookies", the when I close Firefox and reopen the check mark is back, also my tool bar has screwed up....can't reset, been having trouble the up grade.

i have a macbook pro 15" retina Display with 2.6 ghz and 8gb of ram when i try to download an HD movie from itunes it says my computer doesn't support HD? i went to the support on the apple website and looked at the specs that a computer has to meet in order to play HD movies and mine is well above them. Why can't i play the movies?

I received LR 5 for Christmas but have not downloaded it yet on my computer. I have had LR 3 for about 4 years. I am due to buy a new computer soon but need to know how many licenses/downloads I will get before downloading LR 5 on my current computer. I may also purchase a laptop in the next year so that would require 3 licenses altogether (current iMac, future iMac, future macbook).
You have one license.
You can download and install it on an infinite number of computers, as long as it is only installed on two of your computers at any one time, and in use on only one computer at any given time.
So in your case, current iMac, that's would mean its installed on one computer, no problem. Future iMac and future MacBook ... so if you uninstall from current iMac and install on Future iMac and future MacBook, it's now installed on two computers at a time, no problem, as long as you're not using Lightroom on both simultaneously. And if after that, you got two new computers and uninstalled Lightroom from the previous two, you're still good, it's only installed on two computers at any one time. -
I purchased Adobe Acrobat XI Pro on a CD but didn't realize that my new computer doesn't have a CD drive. Is there a way to download via the web using the serial number on my CD?

is your cs6 a upgrade?
if so, after entering your cs6 serial number you will be prompted to select the qualifying product from a dropdown. select the product you own and enter its serial number.
after entering each serial number at the correct time installation will proceed.
if no, what files (names and extensions) did you download and what are the file sizes shown on your hd? -

How do I download photoshop from a cd if my computer doesn't have a cd drive
I bought both Lightroom and Photoshop last year. Due to recent computer issues I had to upgrade so that I could work on my photos easier. The only problem with this is that my computer doesn't have a disc drive and I don't know how to download my products.
why not purchase a usb cd or dvd external drive? would imagine they are cheap enough, think you would need dvd for photoshop to install. many computers today dont have cd or dvd drives as it seems cloud software or downloadable installs are the current and the future - personally would prefer a usb flash drive with the software on but it seems now they are not such secure devices and can seemingly be empty yet have nasties that install or do things when inserted.

How do I find installer? When I try to install downloads, the box says that I do not have the Installer I need.
If it's updates through the Office auto-updater that are having problems, that's probably an issue you'll need to take up on Microsoft's support site. If you're having problems installing Office from scratch and it's saying it can't find Installer, you may need to repair your hard drive. More help will probably be obtained if you post in the Mac OS X 10.6 forum; this forum, where you originally posted, is for help with the Communities themselves.

When I try to open my downloaded photos from a DVD through finder the computer says that I don't have permission to view the files.
This is something that has just happened recently.Copy the images to your Pictures folder or Desktop and then try again.
If that doens't work, then do #6 here, (Reset Home Directory Permissions and ACLs)
that will set the permissions to you.

The Mac App Store allows you to install a purchased app on any computer if you sign into the same AppleID in the app store. You will not need to purchase again. In fact, all you need to do is sign into your account on the 2nd and subsequent computer and then click on the Purchased icon at the top and you'll see a complete list of apps you've purchased. If an app is not installed on the current computer, the button on the right will become an Install button.

My new computer does not have CD media so I need to download Adobe Acrobat 9 Standard online. I am able to download but when it prompts me for the serial number, it says my number is not valid. I have double and triple checked, the serial number has been entered EXACTLY as it says on the box. What could be causing this?
Adobe acrobat 9 standard you will need to use a computer which does contain an optical drive and copy the contents to a USB drive. You can then install from the USB drive on your computer which does not include an optical drive. Unfortunately if you did not choose download at the time of purchase then I am not aware of any download locations for the installation files.
