HT1430 How do I get my inbox working again, I cannot receive outlook mail from my server after I updated last with ios6.1 even if I reinstall the settings correct

My Iphone 4 with io6.1 will not receive emails only send, I always had no problems before io6.1. I reinstalled the settings of the email account and did everything but still will not work, it says it is downloading messages, but the white dot on the bottom of the screen stays in place and does not run accross.

Try a reset, hold down the home/sleep button together until you see the apple logo and then release, then wait for the phone to boot back up.

I have had the same problem. It was cured by turning computer off and/or restarting it. I am not sure if once was enough. I think shutting down must cut out whatever it is that blocks bluetooth. Good luck

It sounds like you restored from an old back-up. Did you back-up just before your software update? It will use your last one and if your last back-up was a ywear old then it will use that one.
In general, if you are getting these messages on your iPhones select logout (when you get that Apple Id request) and then log back in with your newer ID.

Try a Hard Reset.....
Press and hold the Wake / Sleep button AND the Home button at the same time, keep them both pressed until the Apple Logo appears on the screen, it can take 10 or more seconds. Ignore the swipe to turn off message.

Have you synced with a computer while the passcode was enabled? If so, connect & launch iTunes. You should then be prompted to enter the passcode.

There is an issue with Photoshop specifically related to recent updates in which causes the licensing to revert to trial after a certain number of launches (typically 2-3).
The current workarounds are to either:
- Sign in with your Adobe ID again every few launches
- Uninstall Photoshop CS6 and then reinstall it but don't install any of the updates
The issue with the updates is planned to be fixed in the coming weeks. Sorry for the inconvenience.

I've no idea what happened - but it sounds as if plugging in the phone has fried the logic board. The best thing that I can recommend is that you take the machine to your local Apple Store/AASP and have them diagnose the problem.
At this point, there's simply nothing else that you can attempt.

You'll need to connect the device to iTunes and restore it. If iTunes doesn't recognize the iPod still, try manually placing it in recovery mode first and then performing the restore in iTunes. See this article for instructions on putting the iPod into recovery mode.

Try to force your phone into recovery mode. Disconnect it from the computer's USB cord. Turn it off if you can by holding the sleep/wake switch until you see the red slide to off. If you can't turn it off, please continue. Press and hold the home button while plugging it into the computer's USB cord. Continue holding the Home button while iPhone starts up. While starting up, you will see the Apple logo. When you see "Connect to iTunes" on the screen, you can release the Home button and iTunes will display the recovery mode message. The number of pictures/videos on the device is irrelevant. If there is not available space on the device, there is no way to take pictures. Pictures, videos, music, iBooks, and any other media share the same space.
Might be a good idea to manage the content on the device going forward so that there is always space available.
Try not to fall into the misconception that many others experience, believing that the iPhone is a storage device, it simply is not. Instead it is intended to be a mirror of the content on the computer.

How do I get Photo App working again?

Photo App crashed while migrating iPhoto and now Photo is crashing every time I try to open it. This is on an iPhone 5s using iOS 8.0.2. How do I get Photo app working again?There is no uninstall and reinstall for this app.

I ended up using iTunes to back up the iPhone and restoring it. After that the next time I started Photo app it finished migrating iPhoto and it is working normally.
