Try to change the credit information from your iphone or other ios device. Tap on settings > store > tap Apple ID > tap view account > tap payment information > change

Using a debit card in any online service where it stores your card is a bad idea in any case since if someone gains access to your account in the service, they can quickly drain your bank account. Credit cards limit your liability, as do prepaid iTunes cards.

i put money to my itunes account. and now when i try and buy a song it keeps saying that it has to charge my card. why wont it let me use the giftcard money? how can i fix this?
If you still have your old card listed on your account then try selecting the 'none' option and remove it and then try entering the card's details from scratch. If that doesn't work then what is the full error message that you are getting, and the card is registered to the same name and address (including format and spacing) that you have on your iTunes account ?

i use to used my debit card when i was in U.A.E. Dubai in buying applications for my Ipad 2, now im in my country Philippinehand still have billing balance from my previous purchase. i used my new debit card to pay my pending balance but unfortunately my other debit card is being declined. how can i pay my pending bill? my debit card is sufficient. please help as i cannot update my applications because of that billing problem. I tried entering in a new debit card number into my iTunes account yesterday, from my ipod touch. For some reason it was telling me the information I entered does not match my bank account. I tried 3 or 4 times, but to no avail. I figured I would wait until I was at home & do it from my home computer. About 5 minutes after putting my ipod away, I got a call from my bank saying that there are 4 charges of the exact amount that were charged from iTunes just minutes after each other and they wanted to make sure they were not fraudulant. Well they ARE!!! I did NOT authorize any purchases and now I have 4 charges of $34.78 made to my bank account that I didn't make. ITunes only offers online support...ERRRR!!! My bank told me that it is iTunes responsibility to refund the charges. WHAT DO I DO?????????
Very frustrated...ERICA BI just got back from Afghanistan and discovered two fresh charges for $40.00 from itunes on my Visa account. I havent bought anything from I tunes in over a year. And sure as **** not worth $40.00. The Bank rep told me this has been happening a lot and credited my account for the $80.00 worth of unauthorized charges. Also had to have my card cancelled and get a new one. Apple itunes had better get their **** together and aggressively put a stop to this. Or I will. In court, if it happens again. This is happening in their name. I see this all over the place and haven't seen a single statement from Itunes. I'm terminating my relationship with itunes until I see they have satisfactorally addressed this. No one rips me off.

I would suggest updating your billing information in the iTunes application, signing out of your account and signing back in; and then trying to complete the purchase. If the issue persists, the iTunes Store Support Team can review your account with you.

Hello, I just purchase Adobe Premier elements 12. I installed it but the only problem is when I try to open "new project" it tells me I have to put my password in and username for the first seven days of installation, but when I do that the project never opens, it just has the loading bar loading and then it stops, so I have no idea wat the problem is, please help

3. Does problem exist with and without the antivirus and firewall(s) disabled?
4. Even though the Premiere Elements 12 Editor will not open, can you open the Elements Organizer 12?
