Thanks for your message. You can custom set pages but there are no preset of page sizes like A4, A3, ect. I cannot click the size preference, nothing comes up

I have very strange problem with iphone 3gs. Whenever it gets little hot or exposed to 30 degree or above temperature it losses signals (No service). Whenever it is cooled down the service is back. Whenever I am using Skype or playing game for a while it losses carrier signals and wifi. When it is cooled down afer shutting down the carrier signals and wifi are back. It is for sure problem is with heating, but 30 degree tempeature in Oman is normal and some time it goes upto 50 degrees. I have noticed this has started after I started using substandard charger as I lost my original charger of the phone. Please help!! Thanx.
The specifications define an operating range up to 35 degrees.

Firefox remembers history but doesn't remember closed tabs, sessions.
It happened after updating Fox to v. 19.0.2 on one computer.
In Firefox Options is set Use Custom Settings For History, everything is checked except Always Use Private Browsing Mode. So I am not in private browsing.
When I press on Undo Closed Button nothing happens & in session manager Save Session Button is greyed out. I've tried installing other add-ons that can remember tabs. tried to disable/reinstall these 2 add-ons. Did't help. On my 2nd computer I have same add-ons, same settings and they are working normally. on 3rd computer undo closed tabs works also. How to fix this? I decided to ask before doing Firefox Reset...
Sync is a separate problem. It works, but quite often it logs me out of Sync account. Then I can log in only using long recovery key and password (choosing option I don't have device with me because it does not accept keys for pairing device.)

for history, these 2 add-ons and all other stuff in Options. The only difference is that on 1 pc sessions can be saved and closed tabs can be reopened, on other main pc they stopped to work. + no any other add-on that does similar things works on this pc.
It is also interesting that I can reopen closed visited sites from History Panel, but not by pressing the Button. For now I only manually bookmark links to a temporary folder.
Recently (some 2 month ago) I pressed x and Firefox closed all tabs without saving them without displaying save & quit pop up.
so I changed 4 settings in about.config
browser.tabs.warn on close true
browser.warn on quit true
browser.warn on restart true
browser.show.quit warning true
but the problem with sessions appeared only 1 week ago.
So I guess the problem is not with the History settings or other settings. Seems that something responsible for button or for storing info about tabs/sessions got corrupted. :( -
Hi I have an I pad 64 gig and internal wifi bought about 2 months ago. it keeps coming up with a message "this i pad has not been backed up" I have no idea how to do it can you help.
I also have an I phone 4s with the same message both are with telstra the I pad has a 12 month pre paid wifi contract and the phone is on a monthly contract.Sounds like you actually paying for cellular service and you really need to be on wifi to backup your ipad/iphone.
Normally you have to be connected to wifi and you can do manual backup by going to Settings- icloud- storage and backup and pressing backup now button. Start with your ipad, usually size of the backup smaller and return here if you encounter a problem. -
After a fairly recent update, I began having the option to paste text disappear, I've had backspace cause the browser to go back to the previous page while in a text box, and other issues which are apparently a matter of Firefox not recognizing the fact that I am typing in a text box.
After the last update, suddenly YouTube video page URL links no longer translate into links containing the title of the video, and also things like the use of bookend asterisks in order to have text appear in bold typeface no longer work.i have the same problem with the above..firefox is running too slow with the games in facebook..but it runs good when browsing my updates, msgs, photos...firefox is totally opposite of IE..IE is faster with the games and slow while browsing..i love to use mozila but when i do games it really pisses me off...hope you could help me..

Helloo! I have super big problem with my Air,10.8.5 ,it asks every 10 sec to make some changes and asks me for password all the time!! I cant acces my documesnt,pics,music,NOTHING at all! Finder is not working,i cant open any folder,icons are missing also,i cant open any of them,mozzila,chrome..im really going crazy.. i updated tonight my phone on new IOS 7 through my comp,cant be that i messed up everything because of that..this comp.is like 10 days old.
btw. i created new user,and everything is working ok.Back up all data. Don't continue unless you're sure you can restore from a backup, even if you're unable to log in.
This procedure will unlock all your user files (not system files) and reset their ownership and access-control lists to the default. I have so much trouble with the plug in part of the program I want to disable this in Mozilla. I have to go to windows explorer to get around this plug in problem with MozillaDepending on the CSS, live view and design view can be totally different.
Its often best to type in your copy in the divs and then add the CSS to format it.
Post the css and the set of divs with some content in order to enable people to try work out what is wrong. -

When I open a file from Camera Raw in PS this is smaller than the screen so I double-click with the tool "hand" to fit on the screen, but the picture loses sharpness and becomes blurry. If you magnify the image even only slightly with the tool "zoom" the picture comes back clear. In Camera Raw instead is always sharp. I solve the problem by turning off the graphics card in PS but often use plugin that need the graphics card otherwise the processing time is much longer. I ask for help.

Hi , I have an iPhone 5S and I have got a problem with the app store : iI can't update my apps , it is asking me to change frim the UK store to go to the french one , but i have already changed it and I am in the French one !! Help !
Have you tried signing out of your iTunes & App Store on your device and then back in again - Settings>iTunes & App Store, click on Apple ID, then on Sign Out. Then sign in again and see if it accepts the password.
If that doesn't resolve the issue, try resetting your device (nothing will be lost): Hold down the Home and Power buttons at the same time and continue to hold them down until the Apple appears (up to 30 seconds). Once the reset is complete, the Slide to Unlock screen will display. See if the problem is resolved.

Hi - I cannot upload my emails through the mail icon. The first time I tried it only loaded very old emails, I then tried the whole process again and it has not imported a single email. I use hotmail, and have had no problems with my iPhone or iPad. So the only way I can check my emails on my mac is to go through the internet. Can anyone help?

I have an Ipad 2 and are having problems sending out emails in one of my email address. This is a POP3 email Account? I always get a message reading that the email was not sent because the server does not allow relaying. I have no such problem with gmail. What could be the problem and how do I resolve this. Is it about settings?

If you are unable to remember your password, security questions, don’t have access to your rescue address or are unable to reset your password for whatever reason, your only option is to contact Apple ID Support, upon speaking to an operator you should explain that your problem is related to your Apple ID, this way you will not be charged for assistance, even if you don’t have an AppleCare plan.
The operator will take you through some steps you may have already tried, however they need to be sure they have exhausted all usual approaches before trying to reset your account, so you should try to be helpful and show patience with the procedure.
The operator will need to verify they are speaking to the account holder and may ask you some questions that only the account holder could know, and you will need to answer them if the process is to proceed.
Once the operator has verified your identity they will send a message through to your device which contains an alpha numeric code, which you will need to read back to them.
Once this has been completed they will send an email to your iCloud email address after a period of 24 hours, so you should check that mail is enabled in your devices iCloud settings.
Upon receipt of the email, use the reset link provided to reset your password, after which you should be able to make the adjustments to iCloud that you wish to do. -
