I forgot my security question and want to change them. The alternate email address I have is no longer valid so I changed it. The system want to sen me info. on my security question useing the old email address. Can anybody help me?

In order to change your Apple ID or password for your iCloud account on your iOS device, you need to delete the account from your iOS device first, then add it back using your updated details. (Settings > iCloud, scroll down and hit "Delete Account")
Providing you are simply updating your existing details and not changing to another account, when you delete your account, all the data that is synced with iCloud will also be deleted from the device (but not from iCloud), but will be synced back to your device when you login again.
In order to change your Apple ID or password for your iCloud account on your computer, you need to sign out of the account from your computer first, then sign back in using your updated details. (System Preferences > iCloud, click the sign out button)
In order to change your Apple ID or password for your iTunes account on your iOS device, you need to sign out from your iOS device first, then sign back in using your updated details. (Settings > iTunes & App store, scroll down and tap your ID)
If you are using iMessages or FaceTime, you will also need to log out and into your ID there too.

I have recently just got an iPhone 4,and I redeemed $25 but as I went to buy a 99 cent game it asked me to answer some questions,and I don't remember any of the answers or even remember choosing those questions.I did try to reset my questions but I couldn't cause I have to answer them before I can mangae my account security.I guessed and guessed but never got it right.

Your only option will be to contact iTunes Store support and see if they can help you. Click on this link and choose the Account Management option, and create a new case with iTunes Support.

Start here (change country if necessary) and navigate to 'Password and Security', reset your security questions using the link provided, you will receive an email to your rescue address, use the link in the email and reset your security questions.
If that doesn't help, you don't receive a reset email or you don't have a rescue address, you should contact AppleCare who will initially try to assist you with a reset email or if unsuccessful will pass you to the security team to reset your security questions for you.
If you are in a region that doesn't have international telephone support try contacting Apple through iTunes Store Support.
