    You have to follow the instructions.

    Good question.
    I don't think you can--if I'm incorrect, someone will tell me--but it seems to me to be easier to simply open an iTunes account for your mom. Then get her a gift card, load it into iTunes for her, and rent a movie that way. Not elegant at all...but workable.

    Yes, they do. I'm looking at it right now. They don't offer anything other than apps, podcasts and the iTunes U, though.
    Regardless, again, you are not allowed to use the US iTunes Store from outside of the US. You'll have to purchase your music via some other resource, and will not be able to use iTunes Match (which would be available only if Apple had agreements to sell music in the CI).

    I am currently using a Credit Card for payment methods on the ITUNES store.  But my sons are now using it also, so my husband thought it would be best to delete the card and buy ITUNES gift cards instead so we dont have to keep loading this card.  But it's not deleting my information.     i have een trying to purchase from app store, and everytime it ask me "Verification required" and i have to log onto my apple id account and it says ..
    "there is a billing problem with a previous purchase. Please update your payment method.."
    i tryed to update my billing information, with a second card, (i tryed with all three cards i have) and when i did.. it return error " your payment method is not valid in this store. please enter a new payment method".
    i donot have any other card, all three cards i have used.. and result is the same.
    Yes, couple of time my cards declined, however curing the anomarly with my banks did not solve the problem.. funds is clearly available in the card account..
    secondly my bank says there is not restrictions imporsed on the card or account, and transactions are allowed with no block.
    i am using the card for all other transactions it works, eg: netfirms, names, google (business account), exchangemymail, ... paypal...etc..
    kindly help me understand fault and start using my apple id

    You should be able to tap on your account id in Settings > iTunes & App Store and select 'view Apple id' on the popup, an on your account's screen there should be a payment information link
