Following the instructions for reporting an issue with a purchase problem, when selecting "report a probelm", I am not provided with a drop down list, I am redirected to the help page instead.
Is there any other way to report an issue where the app owner has taken the funds twice for the same product at literally the same time?

The option to update without the computer (Over the air) was made available with iOS 5. If your iDevice is using a version of iOS lower than 5, you will need to use iTunes on your syncing computer to perform the upgrade. Use the Apple link below as a guide for the upgrade.

Simple answer is YES.
The only caviat is for instance in the UK some iPads are locked to a specific network provider and therefore if the new iPad is locked then it will only work on the specific network it is locked to.

Try troubleshooting extensions and third party plugins.
From the Safari menu bar click Safari > Preferences then select the Extensions tab. Turn that OFF, quit and relaunch Safari to test. If that helped, turn one extension on then quit and relaunch Safari to test until you find the incompatible extension then click uninstall.
If it's not an extensions issue, try troubleshooting third party plug-ins.
Back to Safari > Preferences. This time select the Security tab. Deselect: Allow all other plug-ins. Quit and relaunch Safari to test.

Try to reset the iPod by pressing the home and sleep button for about 10sec, until the Apple logo comes back again. You will not lose data doing a reset, but it can clear some glitches after installing new software or apps.

If you restore from iCloud backup the apps will be automatically downloaded. If you restore from iTunes backup the apps and music have to be in the iTunes library since synced media like apps and music are not included in the backup of the iOS device that iTunes makes.

The camera on my iPhone 4 isn't working and hasn't for quite sometime. I have updated the phone to IOS 6 and it hasn't made any difference.
When you use the icon that appears at the bottom of the screen or the camera icon on the main screen all you see is the camera shutter.I have tried to restore the camera and that hasn't made any difference. Limited drop down list in selection criteria in Crystal Report

I have designed a Crystal Report to produce Item Labels using Crystal Reports for SAP Business One.
The design has a Dynamic parameter for the selection of Item Code, linked to the OITM table in the database
The customer database has 5000+ items.
When I run the report, either in the designer or in the viewer, I get 5 pages of item codes to select from, but they stop at 1000 items.
Is this a bug with Crystal, or is there some configuration I can change to correct this issue?

At some point my Samsung galaxy3 phone would display 4G on it. For the last month or so it only displays 3G. IS this a known problem and are there any solutions?

Is anyone else experiencing the same issue? I've reset the phone, removed the battery, etc. and can't get the 4G signal to display. Only showing 3G even when I know there is 4G available

Definitely see a difference with data.
My wife has a Samsung Galaxy Note 4 that displays 4g service >99.5% all of
the time.
Her access to the internet is much quicker than mine.
Based on what I'm seeing, I'm wondering even if my phone is setup for 4G.
Checked my Mobile networks setting vs what see has on her phone and they are
exactly the same.
Only thing different is in the APN type:
Note 4 - default,dun,supl
Galaxy SIII- default,dun (appears that I can't change this)
Her signal strength is (-101dBm 39asu) vs mine (-85dBm 2 asu)
