I purchased simpsons donuts for 9.99, i have my receipt. I have written the vendor every day for 7 days and of course you cant get through on their phone number. I was on hold for 4hours and finally hung up. I used my app card to buy the donuts, yeah stupid right. Nevertheless, they stole 9.99 and will not refund my money or give me the donuts or respond to my support questions on this for 7 days. I want this resolved this is bs.
Well, sorry, there is nothing we can do for you here. This is a user to user forum - we are just users like you. You need to contact iTunes to see if they can help you, since the vendor doesn't seem to want to respond. Can't promise iTunes can do anything but it doesn't hurt to try:

I already have subscription, from CC app downloaded LR 6 2015 CC and installed. However, I cannot get it to run. The files Lightroom.exe size 16,167 kb date 4/15/2015 7:1pm is in the Program Files/Adobe/Lightroom folder, but nothing happens when I click on it. Running Win 8.1.

Hi. Unfortunately my ethernet card was not working anymore. This is the message "This computer does not appear to have any PCI Ethernet card. How can I fix it?

This is not a hardware issue with the iPhone. Please insert another SIM card from a supported carrier or request that this iPhone be unlocked by your carrier. Please contact Apple for more information.Or if you've recently got the phone unlocked then you'll need to connect it to itunes and then do a fresh restore to unlock it ,although for most users simply connecting to itunes for few seconds did the trick.

what can in do?Well unfortunatly that advice does not always work. I bought a unlocked iphone4 from apple several years ago and went to att on a no contract basis. Six months later the phone crashed while updating the operating system. Apple replaced the phone with a new one. All is fine till I got a iphone5 and gave te phone to my cousin. The phone is now locked to att but att says the IMEI number is not a valid ATT IMEI and therfore cant unlock it. Apple says there is nothing They can or are willing to do so now I am stuck for a 600.00 phone that can't be used.
If anyoun knows a way naround this situation mI would appreciate a heads up. -

"CCleaner" is a scam and it may well have corrupted the operating the system. Get rid of it according to the developer's instructions, then see below.
If you don't already have a current backup, back up all data, then reinstall the OS.* You don't need to erase the startup volume, and you won't need the backup unless something goes wrong. If the system was upgraded from an older version of OS X, you may need the Apple ID and password you used.

Try uninstalling the Ask toolbar and it should work again. There is a compatibility issue with the Ask toolbar and Firefox that prevents new tabs from being opened.

After 'playing' some more I've come to the conclusion that this is an account specific problem. Logged in to my wife's ID, same iMac, ran through setups and voila, all the sharing options are working. I booted in to Safe Mode, logged out of iCloud, Twitter, restarted (normal), set up iCloud, etc again but still no services for me. I hope one of our 'genius' community people can work this out (shouldn't have to) so I'm hoping Apple can sort this with their next update, if not sooner!

Disconnect the iPad, do a Reset [Hold the Home and Sleep/Wake buttons down together for 10 seconds or so (until the Apple logo appears) and then release. The screen will go blank and then power ON again in the normal way.] It is 'appsolutely' safe!, reconnect and follow the prompts.

I have also sent 3 emails to the company if Smart Office 2 with no response.

How are you supposed to REPORT THE PROBLEM when it DOESN'T EVEN WORK!!
I clicked it as I got a receipt for something that HAS NOT EVEN BEEN BOUGHT ! (It's funny how apple try to charge me twice for something when I work nightshift and my phones switched off!)

Firefox does not open when i click on the icon or menu path
when i click on the desktop icon or go through the menu path to open firefox, the computer will run it but nothing appears. apparently, firefox is still running in the background but i cant get to it. so whenever i try to edit another program that involves firefox, i have to go to the task manager to manually shut it down.
i tried running it in safemode but it does the same thing. furthermore, i deleted the whole program and reinstalled it hoping that that might fix the problem. however that did not work, i have searched all the offered support and have come up dry.

It could be that a security software installed in the system is blocking the new updated Firefox executable. You may have to go into the settings of the security software to re-trust Firefox.
Please also check if you are able to start Firefox by browsing to the Firefox installation folder ('''Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Firefox\''' or '''Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\''' ) and clicking '''firefox'''.
