I Had to install the Itune on a new laptop as the old one crashed. How can I backup all my Apps and contacts to the new Laptop?

I need to install Adobe Reader to take a course but I cannot get it to work
I am trying to take a 3 hour course online and I have to download adobe reader. I have done this or so my computer says I have, but still cannot get the information I need to take the course to work. I get a message saying "if the I need to install adobe reader".
How do I get this fixed? I need this course in order to renew my tradesman license.

Are you expected to download files from the course to look at on your computer or will all of the course be done completely online? If the course takes place entirely online, what may be needed is the Adobe Reader plugins getting installed properly in Safari. Since you're posting this in the Yosemite forum we can assume your using Yosemite, not Snow Leopard (10.6.8), so the plugins may not automatically be working. Assuming Reader has actually been installed, take a look at the instructions Adobe gives for activating the plugins.
BTW, do you have "Adobe Reader" in your Applications folder? -

I bought an album on iTunes store by laptop but can't download to iPhone and my Desktop

This morning I used my laptop to purchased an album on iTunes store, but then when I used my Mac Mini and Iphone, trying to find that album on icloud, it didn't show up, all my other purchases showed up normally. I went to the album page, it only showed as "Purchased" but there's no download option. Could anyone help me with this?

Is the laptop the computer that you normally sync the phone to (e.g. could you sync it), and could you copy the album from the laptop to your Mac Mini e.g. via file sharing, a flash drive etc (copying music)

I loaded Win 7 on my laptop and hadn't loaded I tunes yet when I updated my phone to IOS 6. It needed to sync and had to factory reset. I have loaded I tunes, logged on yet still can't get my apps or music to load on my phone again? I have added the I tunes back-up to the folder on my newly loaded PC? The same thing happened to my poor sister, and she is panicking because of all of her photos of her "daughter growing up" that will be lost. It seems that this has happened to several people already, and I REALLY hope that Apple figures this out so that it doesn't force all of these people to completely reset their devices. i have a HP laptop, when i try to do certain things that require flash player it tells me i need to install the latest version so when i try it says its already installed. i have tried all the trouble shooting suggestions and it stll isnt working. I even checked the activex filtering and that doesn't seem to be the problem.

Yes it was working before the crash, And Even after the Crash i.e
