TRy to close itunes by double tapping the home button then slide up all of the open apps and try again.
another option is to turn off your ipad, logout from your itunes account and try again downloading the movie. If it still gives you error, call apple support and ask for itunes agent to see if there is something wrong with the movie you are trying to download

You can redownload any song that you have currently purchased for free through itunes on a computer or iOS device. After deleted attempt to redownload the song.

I got a song and it goes silent half way through it!

So I got a new song from itunes Run by Sugarland and I was playing it and it stopped at around 1min 28sec but it just went silent like the time was still going on it. I have no clue how to fix this. help?

1. Delete the song from your iTunes library
2. Redownload it via the Purchased link under Quick Links
(Quick Links is on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page on your computer's iTunes)
3. Check and play song- it should play in its entirety now. If not contact support.

Was watching a video I downloaded earlier today, and it worked fine. Tried watching it now and it stops about half way through. Solutions to this issue?

This happened just today with the only two videos I downloaded from iTunes. They seemed to stop working after I synced my itouch, but I don't know how that would have caused the problem... Both videos will play about 2 minutes on the itouch, then stop.

In case you do not know, to redownload videos you have to contact iTunes.

Try turning down the speak volume (System Preferences->Sound->Output->Output Volume) or the microphone gain (System Preferences->Sound->Input->Input Volume). Do this on both sides of the call.

I just downloaded an album and each song quits half-way through and the next song begins playing on pc computer

Other people have been having similar problems with songs over a number of days.
Depending upon what country that you are in (music can't be re-downloaded in all countries) then try deleting those tracks from your iTunes library and redownload them via the Purchased link under Quick Links on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page on your computer's iTunes : re-downloading.
If you aren't in a country where you can re-download music or if they re-download in the same state then try the 'report a problem' link from your purchase history : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via Store > View My Account and you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it ; click on that and you should see a list of your purchases ; find those songs and use the 'Report a Problem' link.

If none of your third-party apps are working, but the Apple built-in ones are ok, then try downloading any free app from the store (as that appears to reset something) and then re-try them - the free app can then be deleted.
