HT201303 I have been asked to update payment information, when that information was updated it says the card has been denied? i entered the information twice and it still says denied?

I have been asked to update my billing information on my account, when I update the account the info that comes back is that the card is denied? i have enterd it three times, and I know that the card is good and not expired. can anyone give me any advice? 

How were you asked to update this information? Was it in an email? - if so you need to check whether it's genuine by looking at the sending address and the long header, and the URL of any link in it. If you are not absolutely sure it's from Apple you need to stop the card.
If you were actually on the iTunes Store having gone there directly then the request would be genuine, so no worries there, but you will need to contact Support. Go to https://getsupport.apple.com ; click 'See all products and services', then ' 'iTunes', and then 'iTunes Store', then 'Purchases, Billing & Redemption'.

    You can't delete an account, and all of the account's downloads will remain tied to the account.
    On your computer's iTunes you should be able to edit your payment info by going into the Store > View Account menu option and logging into your account, and on your account's details page there should be a payment link.  If you are doing it on your phone then tap on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Store and tap on 'View Apple ID' on the popup and log into your account  - that should also give you a payments link on your account's page.

    Hi I'm having issues with my galaxy s4 saying my sim card has been removed but it hasn't. I really need phone for my work. What should I do

    1) The SIM card may be damage,you may need a new SIM card.
    2) Phone Sim card slot maybe broken,that could be a costly repair.
     Turn off the phone,try take the battery and SIM card out and put it back in and restart again.

    This evening my iTunes account decided that there was an issue with a previous item I'd downloaded and made me go to my account to re-enter my bank info as it was 'apparently' invalid and not accepted.
    Has anyone else had this? I have tried re-entering my bank info about 5 times and still every time it keeps saying payment method declined.
    There is nothing wrong with the card as I have made other purchases with that card online today.
    This is my only bank card so cannot use another one and now have outstanding stuff to pay for on iTunes!.?!
    Can anyone help me!!!!!!

    It's not a debit card, is it? The iTunes Store apparently no longer accepts debit cards. The current valid payment methods are listed here:

    If it is a debit card, you can try contacting the iTunes Store and asking if there is any way to use your card, but they probably will tell you that it's not possible.

    If it's a true credit card, make sure the billing information you're entering matches the billing information on your card statement exactly. If you're certain that it does, contact the iTunes Store and request assistance.

    Is the namd and address that your credit card is registered to exactly the same as you have on your iTunes account, and have you checked with your card issuer to see if it's them that are declining it ?     If the card has been redeemed onto your account then you shouldn't need to re-enter it - I've never had to re-enter any of mine, and once a card has been redeemed it effectively becomes zero, it's value should be added to your balance. What is happening when you try to buy the song ?

    Do you have enough funds in your bank account?
    otherwise iTunes sometimes black lists card if there are too many fradulent purchases
    Reason why they might black list a card is possibly you call in for alot of fradulent purchases
    One more reason can be because iTunes does actually limit the amount you can change payment methods
    Call AppleCare Phone support and have your call directed to iTunes Store

    It sounds like you are unable to join your network and cannot see it in the Wi-Fi list in Settings. I would try the troubleshooting outlined in this article named:
