Mine does not give me an "option" to hide purchased items and the specific one I'm referring to was FREE, and when I swipe to the left or right it doesn't do NOTHING! I need help guys..lol

It doesn't appear to work on iOS 6 (and neither does unhiding, though you can still view and download them) - whether that is permanent or only temporary I don't know. You should still be able to hide things via your computer's iTunes.

I don't think Lion installed it, rather you did. That said System Preferences>Print & Scan. select your Epson printer and then select Options & Supplies>Driver>Print Using>Select print Software. Then scroll down to the driver you want to use.

Read the steps carefully as the order in which you follow them is apparently critical. This seems to come and go, or only apply to App Stores in specific countries, so you may not see the option for "None" when asked for a payment type.
You will of course not be able to get anything other than the free content without entering in some sort of payment method (credit card, prepaid iTunes card, gift certificate, etc.)

Whenever I play music only one of the speakers on the bottom (the right one) seems to play the music, if i cover each speaker one at a time you hear no difference when i cover the left, and then you hear no music when i cover the right... help?

In order to change your Apple ID or password for your iCloud account on your iOS device, you need to delete the account from your iOS device first, then add it back using your updated details. (Settings > iCloud, scroll down and hit "Delete Account")
Providing you are simply updating your existing details and not changing to another account, when you delete your account, all the data that is synced with iCloud will also be deleted from the device (but not from iCloud), but will be synced back to your device when you login again.
In order to change your Apple ID or password for your iCloud account on your computer, you need to sign out of the account from your computer first, then sign back in using your updated details. (System Preferences > iCloud, click the sign out button)

If you are using iMessages or FaceTime, you will also need to log out and into your ID there too.

Swiping left to right or right to left should work if you're in the right place.
For example, try it in Music > Songs (button in lower right).

What are you refering to here? Mac OS 9 came out around 2001 ( or about ). Mac OS 9 last run in an emulation mode in 10.4.11 -- Tiger. Mac OS 9 ran on PPC machines that were last produced before 2004 or so.

We need to verify some information. Are you really running 10.6.8? What hardware?

I have been given a problem to solve and any advice would be brilliant.
I have to create a list of paper and book objects that will include a method to add a book or paper object.
The parameters are :
parameters Paper parameters Book
titleofPublication titleOfPublication;
Publisher; Publisher;

author; flag;

I have been able to break this into a simple algorithm as follows
1. Constructor to intialise parameters for Paper
2. Set and get methods for these parameters
3. Create instantiation of Paper.
4. Create an array of paper called paperlist
5. Add instantiation of array
6. Inherit the properties of Paper to book ( the same parameters that are required for both)
7. Create an array for book called Booklist
8. Create an instantiation of book
9. Add instantiation of Book to array
10. Print out details of both arrays
I have done 1 and 2 as they are relatively simple. I have created the array or atleast declared it. The one problem I have is how to add an instantiation of Paper to the array called Paperlist.
Any ideas?

Not sure how I got the Googleupdater.exe file on my computer. I did download Microsoft Security Essentials to help find the JIT problem, but it failed to install properly and run. The next day I remembered it probably only runs on Internet Explorer (which we deleted in 2009) after testing out Firefox. I then also deleted Security Essentials.
I also downloaded on April 25th the free version of MS Visual Basics because I read on eHow that you can adjust settings in the 'TOOL' menu to stop JIT Debugging pop-ups. However, the free version was 'MS Visual Studio Basic 2008 Express Edition - SP1' which did NOT provide access to JIT Debugging settings (so it was not a solution).
I must say I switched Internet Security programs to AVAST! on TU | Apr26th and love it so far. Highly recommend looking into AVAST! ver 6.0 at CNET downloads - free. The anti-virus program is free, but everything else costs about $30US for a year. WORTH IT Love the options | settings | flexibility|user friendly windows.
Trend Micro was then deleted. It had always blocked usage of our internal CD|DVD drive. To use the CD|DVD drive we had to shut off Trend Micro and then turn it back on again after we finished using the CD|DVD drive. NOT a preference - for sure. Jaykay

Launch Disk Utility and select the icon of the internal drive (the drive itself, not the volume icons below it.) Is the SMART status "Verified?" If not, replace the drive immediately. If the status is "Verified," the drive may still be failing. Back up all data, if you haven't already done so. Reinstall Mac OS X, then run Software Update. Test with all wired peripherals disconnected. If it's still slow, you have a hardware problem.
