Hey guys my friend visited america these days and i said him to buy me an iphone 4. I live in Kosovo and I'm having a problem activating my iphone.
If there is a way to activate my phone please let me know about it or advice me what to do. Thank you for Your help.

He purchased you the wrong phone. That phone is locked to AT&T.
You can contact AT&T to see if you qualify to unlock the phone, but I doubt you do.
There's nothing further you can do. Sell that phone and purchase an unlocked one.

Are you sure that you are being billed through iTunes and not directly through Hulu ? There are instructions on this page for managing and stopping auto-renewing subscriptions : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4098
But the Hulu website only seems to mention cancelling via them : http://www.hulu.com/support/article/203239

I guess you mean unlock the device. To lock it would mean to be possible to se it only with one carrier.
So no, unlocking the device must be done by the original carrier, you should contact them to do that.

Without contract is not the same as unlocked. The update to iOS 7 relocked
the iPhone to the wireless carrier to which it was originally locked. You must
contact that wireless carrier to see if they offer unlocking and if you qualify.
If you used jailbreak or other hack to unlock the iPhone initially, the method
used may prevent a legitimate unlock from succeeding and may render your
iPhone unuseable.

when you start using iCloud on any iOS device and enable find my iPhone, this prevents a new user from using it, and also prevents anyone from using the phone
as it is locked to previous owners account ,this is also the case if when a phone is lost or stolen.
the only way around this is to have the previous owner reset their apple id by going to @ applied.apple.com
if they are unable to do this, then the only other way around this is to have the previous owner get a copy of their original receipt and call apple support who can then lift this lock if they get a copy of the receipt

I suspect you're referring to the 3 free iCloud account limit on an iOS device. If so, there's no way around this. Once that limit is reached, you'll have to create the iCloud account on another iOS device or computer, then setup that account on your phone.
