I was trying to take my Mac air to factory default settings.
I've done all that it says in the documment i was following, and them during the process it asked me the APPLE ID.
I put the apple id i have in my iphone. But it's not the one... it's said that i don't have any OSX associated with it... so it can not install the OSX.
So what can i do?

Try this:
Reboot device by pressing both the home button and sleep/wake (power) buttons at the same time for 10-15 seconds until the apple logo appears on the screen, then let go.
If that doesn't work then reset the device by going to settings/general/reset/reset all settings (or for network connection issues 'reset network settings').
(no media or data will be deleted from the device, this will only take a minute). -

My screen wont light up. Its just blank on my iphone 4. I tried to plug it into the wall but that didnt make it light up it still wont turn on. Then i plugged it into the computer but the screen is still blank. Help me please i need my phone!

I just finished updating my iPhone 5 to iOS 8.0.2. It was working fine after a week, and then just yesterday, I couldn't access Instagram when I was on cellular data, but with Twitter, Facebook, etc. I had no problems. I tried restarting my phone, restarting the network settings, even reinstalling the app but nothing works. What should I do?
P.S. I have the same problem with my Clash of Clans app. Only works with Wifi, the app doesn't load when i;m oHi, dansamson.

My computer started crashing out of the blue with the use of aperture, not sure if the library is too big to handle or what. Later I realized that it's not only crashing with aperture but with anything else that's not firefox.
With the use of aperture the computer crashes into a white background with vertical lines and a scary noise. With other programs goes into a black mode where I cannot get my background or any image back. In all cases I have to restart.
Because I have a laptop I don't like to have the time machine plugged in all the time so my latest back up is not current. That's why I'm afraid to restore the HD from the time machine, I feel I'm gonna loose all the new info if I restart from a time machine few months old.
Any helpful advise will be super appreciated as I need to resolve this to be able to work!!

Install or Reinstall Lion/Mountain Lion from Scratch
Be sure you backup your files to an external drive or second internal drive because the following procedure will remove everything from the hard drive.
Boot to the Recovery HD:
Restart the computer and after the chime press and hold down the COMMAND and R keys until the menu screen appears. Alternatively, restart the computer and after the chime press and hold down the OPTION key until the boot manager screen appears. Select the Recovery HD and click on the downward pointing arrow button.
Erase the hard drive:
1. Select Disk Utility from the main menu and click on the Continue button.
2. After DU loads select your startup volume (usually Macintosh HD) from the
left side list. Click on the Erase tab in the DU main window.
3. Set the format type to Mac OS Extended (Journaled.) Optionally, click on
the Security button and set the Zero Data option to one-pass. Click on
the Erase button and wait until the process has completed.
4. Quit DU and return to the main menu.
Reinstall Lion: Select Reinstall Lion/Mountain Lion and click on the Install button.
Note: You will need an active Internet connection. I suggest using Ethernet if possible
because it is three times faster than wireless. -

I was researching information for a class and I clicked on a website that said that all of my files had been encrypted. A popup appeared and asked if I wanted to leave the page but when I tried to, it would let me. I had to force quit Safari in order to do so. How do I know if this is a real problem or not?
It's a JavaScript scam that only affects your web browser, and only temporarily.
1. Some of those scam pages can be dismissed very easily. Press command-W to close the tab or window. A huge box will pop up. Press the return key and both the box and the page will close. If that doesn't happen, continue.
2. From the Safari menu bar, select
Safari ▹ Preferences... ▹ Security
and uncheck the box marked Enable JavaScript. Leave the preferences dialog open.
Close the malicious window or tab.
Re-enable JavaScript and close the preferences dialog.
3. If the Preferences menu item is grayed out, quit Safari. Force quit if necessary. Relaunch it by holding down the shift key and clicking its icon in the Dock. From the menu bar, select
Safari ▹ Preferences... ▹ Privacy ▹ Remove All Website Data
to get rid of any cookies or other data left by the server. Open your Downloads folder and delete anything you don't recognize. -

If you don't know their answers then if you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account then the steps half-way down this page should let you reset them : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5312
If you don't have a rescue email address (you won't be able to add one until you can answer 2 of your questions) then you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple to get the questions reset.

Yes they are both connected to the same wifi network. Do you know when you double click on the home button and swipe right? The airplay button isn't there beside the play/pause and forward and backward button. It should be there.
