what should i do if i cant contact the owner of the old iphone that i bought. the phone is not stolen. he just forget to remove his account on the iphone?
If you can't get the previous owner to unlock the device, you have wasted your money. This security feature cannot be bypassed.

i tried to fix screen rotation on my ipad 2 after upgrading to ios 7. did the lock / unlock button, the on/off and even reset to factory settings... nothing works... do not know what to do... any suggestions?
When you reset to factory settings, did you restore as new or did you restore from a backup? If you restored from a backup, you could try restoring as new and don't use the backup. If you do that, you will lose all of your data, but you can download or sync all of your content back to the iPad.
You could also try resetting all settings before your restore as new. Settings>General>Reset>Reset all settings. You will have to re enter all device settings again.
And of course the possibility does exist that the iPad has developed a hardware problem that is causing the rotation issue and only a visit to an Apple Store could determine that for sure. -
My Computer broke and I bought a new one, re installed I tunes and synced my I Phone 4 but it only transfered 100 purchased songs into the library and I still have 400 songs on my I Phone, but when i try to re sync it wants to erase the 400 songs on my device and replace with the 100 songs in my library. I have authorized this computer with this device but I can't deauthorize the old computer because it's boken. I emailed tech support but they told me to manually transfer the files but it only transfers from the library to the device, and I need to transfer from the device to the library.
The music sync is one way - computer to iphone. The only exception is itunes purchases. Without syncing: File>Transfer Purchases
The iphone is not a backup device.
Copy everything from your backup copy of your old computer to your new one. -

You did not follow the proper procedure when selling the phone before resetting it to factory settings. You must help the new owner deactivate the Activation Lock or else he will have the same issue over and over when he upgrades the software or sells it to someone else.

I'm not sure what you mean by "iTunes is not enabled" -- if you read the above link, the question is whether you've previously synced with the iTunes application on a computer. If you have, you connect to iTunes on that computer. If not, you follow the "Use Recovery Mode" procedure near the bottom of http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1212

Not sure what you mean by enable? You can access your iTunes account from the iTunes menu bar, click Store / View My Account.
If it's been disabled > Apple ID: "This Apple ID has been disabled for security reasons" appears -
I can't synchronyze my contacts with my Iphone after the last update and I lost all my contact I can't find them I suppose they are stocked in my ICloud but I am not sure what I should do ????

I recently purchased the creative cloud and installed photoshop but now when I go to open the application it tells me theres a configuration error. It suggests restarting or contacting customer support but I thought I'd try this first. the error code is error: 213:19. Does anyone seeing this please have any advice on what to do?

If I have redeemed my my gift and the balance is updated in the App Store and I still can not down load apps...what could the issue be? I keep getting this error message "Your Purchase Could Not Be Completed". Then it refers me to apple support.

Why did I pay $19 for Start Trek Into Darkness pre-order, if Apple KNEW they were going to release a bundle on the release date and I could have got the other Star Trek movie for just $5 more? What the heck Apple, I feel completely ripped off.
I didn't even have time to cancel the preorder as that processed a couple minutes before the bundle was posted.

I have the new IPad and can't connect via bluetooth to any of my apple devices (IPhone 4s and appleTV) neither from my new IPhone 4s. When I turn the Bluetooth on, both devices keep in searching mode... I don't know what to do now... Please help... I can't pair any device because they can't find whitin themselves.

I tries to backed up and storage on iCloud but its just shows down below "Estimating time remaining" but theres no time remaining !!! And i connect to the Wifi already and i buy a storage capacity !!! But its not backing so what should i do in that case !!!?
Welcome to the Apple Community.
First check that your device is correctly connected to the wifi/internet (settings > wifi)
If your back up continually fails, you might try turning off back up on your mobile device (settings > iCloud > storage & backup) and then deleting the backup file from iCloud by swiping the backup file on the mobile device (settings > iCloud > storage & backup > manage…) and then turning back up on again.
If this doesn't help, try turning off some items for back up in a pattern to try to establish if your problem is being caused by specific data on your device.
Being able to back up to the cloud can be very useful, especially if you don't have access to a computer or have infrequent access to one, however unless you specifically need to use iCloud for back up, you will find backing up to iTunes significantly more convenient and possibly more reliable.
