I recently purchased the creative cloud and installed photoshop but now when I go to open the application it tells me theres a configuration error. It suggests restarting or contacting customer support but I thought I'd try this first. the error code is error: 213:19. Does anyone seeing this please have any advice on what to do?

I am not doing it in ITunes, but i did down load the song from ITunes. I loaded the song on to my Nano, but in my menu selections it doesn't show the song or the artist in any search format. However, when i plug in my nano to my PC I see the Nano library on my PC drive listings and that song and artist are there. I can click on the song and it will play in Windows media on my work PC. I did notice that the format for most all the songs in my library on my Nano are MPEG - 4 audio Files.

After installing Windows 8, I am unable to download the creative cloud and the program I purchased for school.
I purchased photoshop for my computer. I updated my computer's operating system. I logged into adobe. I am unable to download the program again unless I pay again or use the trial.

The creative cloud complete plan has all the applications including Lightroom and Photoshop and there is a Photography plan which only includes Photoshop and Lightroom.

Hi, i purchase 1 creative cloud and 1 premiere, but in the same account, how i can select what license will be active in my computers?
The CC will be active as long as you make payments, in case you stop the payment & then try to use any CC app say for e.g. Photo shop, it will not work though it can be seen as installed.
The Premier is one time purchase with serial number & is active as long you use it as per the end user license agreement.

I recently updated my OS to OS X. I had to update my word and powerpoint etc... to 2011 version, but now when I want to open a .doc file made in word 2003 it removes all the text in it! I did not back anything up! All my mums work is on there for her job and now she cant use it! I need help fast!
If you updated from 2003 that must be on a Windows machine, can you recover them from there?

I have downloaded the Creative Cloud and when it finished, it opened up and was completely blank. Nowhere for me to sign in and no apps for me to click to download. I need this to be fixed ASAP. What is the problem here?

I bought the creative cloud and downloaded a trial version of indesign 2 days ago. Now after reconfigutring my PC it tells me the trial version has expired! How can I reopen it?
If you paid for a subscription you don't need the trial. Log in with the Adobe ID associated with your subscription to activate the program.

You need to log in to Adobe.com & download the app from the desktop icon.
You can follow Creative Cloud Help | Install, update, or uninstall apps . One Creative cloud allows you to actibvate twice.

where did my photos go? I started to move a 25GB directory of all my photos to the creative cloud and now they are gone! The directory on my hard drive i gone and they are not in the cloud?
The iCloud Photo Stream only stores up to 1000 photos for thirty days. If you have more that 1000 photos or photos nearing the 30-day mark, you should export them to another device.
