Try going into Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars and select that email account and try re-typing in the account's username and password

I'm having problems on the Lightroom CC App,as it seem's that when I open the Develop heading at the top of the screen,there is message that comes,which says this section is disabled and I need to renew my membership.My membership is up to date regarding payments etc.I use the student/ teacher version of the CC as I'm a student.Can anybody please advise what the problems seem's to be and what can i do to access the develop and other facilities on Lightroom?

This is an indication that Lightroom is not connected to your subscription. Verify that your are logged into the Creative Cloud desktop app, or try logging out and back in again to refresh your subscription information: Sign out, Sign in | Creative Cloud Desktop app.
Also, verify that your student subscription is still current and active.

Lightroom 5 defaulted to my Trial version. Can you please advise on what I did wrong? I can provide the serial number for the purchased subscription.

History - I had a 30 day trial version of Lightroom back in October. One small catalog of 1500 photos were contained in it. When I was prompted to upgrade, I incorrectly selected the option to "choose a different catalog" which prevented me from seeing my recent photos in Lightroom 5. It appears that my version of Lightroom may be a trial version instead of the version for my subscription purchase. Can you please help me with this? I will be glad to provide the serial number as necessary.

I'm battling with a lightbox, can you please advise?

Hi all and thank you so long for your help.
I'm battling to get a lightbox to work with files from sub-folders. But, it only works on files in my root folder.
My question concerns: www.energywa.co.za
All navigation on the top right work with lightboxes. The moment I click on power or any of the other menu items which are situated in sub-folders, the lightbox does not work anymore. What do I need to change? I know this has not much to do with DW as such, but I trust you will be able to point me into the right direction.
Also, when someone does not fill in all required fields on the "Contact Us" page, the lighbox closes and the page opens in the current tab of my browser. I am VERY new to this and will really appreciate all the help I can possible get. I'm even prepared to use an easier, if there is one, lightbox.

my experience with lightbox-directories is:
I always create a separate directory for the lightbox. There I store by use of DW the concerning html/php-files e.g. "lightbox/power". The related images I put in an additional subdirectory, f.i. "lightbox/power/images".
After that I would examine all paths in the source code, and sometimes it is helpful "to support" DW in adding ../, means you should write ../lightbox/power/images.
Try it and let me hear if you need further informations.
