You've checked the purchase history on your account ? Do you have any auto-renewing subscriptions : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4098 ? If you can't find it (if it was $24.99 then that would be the annual amount for iTunes Match), then you could contact iTunes Support and see if they can help : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption

You may be wondering by now, iTunes is not detecting my phone, How do I do that?
Answer:- Just disconnect your phone from the computer. keep Itunes open on the PC. While holding the home button of the iphone plug the phone back in. Itunes will pop a message stating it has detected a phone in recovery mode. just follow the on screen instruction then to restore your phone. If your issue is still not resolved only an Apple technician can help you

How much is the charge ? Have you added or changed your credit card details on your iTunes account ? If you have then each time that you do so a small temporary store holding charge may be applied to check that the card details are correct and valid and that it's registered to exactly the same name and address as on your iTunes account - it should disappear off your account within a few days or so.

Digital Editions can open files of .pdf , .epub and .acsm format.
When you click on a download link from an online bookstore, a .acsm file gets downloaded to the "Downloads" folder of your computer. You need to double click on this .acsm file(if Digital Editions is already installed) to get the book. If you still get a message saying that your computer doesn't have a way to open this file, please manually associate Digital Editions to the .acsm file type OR open Digital Editions and drag and drop the .acsm file onto Digital Editions.

come here and change your password and report it to apple to see if you can get a refund, also u should get an email of what u bought or who ever bc i get emails of what i buy

How much is the 'charge' ? You aren't charged for downloading free apps (though some then allow you to make in-app purchases in them).

Charge it when you want to for as long as you want to. I charge mine overnight, every night, so it has a full charge when I start the day.
BTW, checking a dozen irrelevant categories does nothing to help get a response, and just muddies the category pool making it harder for anyone searching on category to find what they are looking for. It isn't a polite thing to do.

Since no one here can inspect your iPhone's dock connector port, only you can answer that question.
If whatever problem occurs when the iPhone is connected to the included power adaptor and when connected to your computer using another cable that is known good, the problem is with your iPhone. Could be dirt, lint, or foreign material and it doesn't take much, or the connector port has some damage including possible moisture damage.
