HT5312 I forgot the answers to my Apple ID Security Questions and can't purchase anything on the iTunes or App Store.

I recently attempted to purchase a song on the iTunes store, and after I typed in my password, Apple gave me a Notification telling me to answer my Security Questions. After I answer my Security Questions, they were somewhat incorrect. I kept trying and trying to answer the questions correctly, they were still incorrect. Then, it said that my Apple ID will be locked if I kept attempting to answer the Security Questions. I obviously have forgotten my answers that I typed in a few years ago. Please get back to me as soon as you can.

Even if I'm not despertate, creating a new Id is good Idia. But I think I must create another email address also since I can't use the first email adress as an apple id for the new one. I think you need to reset those questions. You'll need to call the tech support for your country, ask to be connected to the Account Security Team and then ask if they can reset the questions for you.

Read the HT5312 page that you posted from, it has instructions for how to reset them i.e. if you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) on your account then steps 1 to 5 half-way down that page should give you a reset link.
