HT2471 All images I send are imbedded in the email to PCM users

Since upgrading to lion 10.7.5 when ever I attach a image to my email and send it to some other than a Mac the image is imbedded in the email and they can not download the image . This happens if I send one or more.
My work around is I have to put the images in a folder and send the folder, then they are able to down load the folder and remove the images.
Also the attachments are automatically send as a zip file.
What am I missing?

If you move your cursor on top of a specific button, after a second or two a yellow box appears showing you what that button does.
If you want the "words" to be permanently visible then simply click on View->Customise Toolbar and select Icon and Text from the Show drop down menu:

I do not use or have not signed up for a MobileMe Account but I am getting duplicates in my iCal for some reason. All discussions I read are pointing to the MobileMe being the problem but it is not. Please help me. There must be another reason.

On WinXP Back, Forward, and Home was last in the Firefox 3.6 versions and disappeared as of Firefox 4.0 - and hasn't been seen since.
Doesn't the Mac OSX versions of Firefox have Back and Forward in the context menu (right-click), as Windows and Linux versions do?

Welcome to Discussions - the fact that the S.M.A.R.T. status is not recognized and the flashing questions mark appear seem to indicate that your hard drive has failed. If you have access to TechToolPro or Disk Warrior, try to use them to check the drive status. This will likely not work, and I'm afraid your disk is toast.
You could try to remove the drive and put it in an external case and try to mount it on your MacBook, but I don't hold out much hope for that either. You can try using [Data Rescue|http://www.versiontracker.com/dyn/moreinfo/macosx/211375] to retrieve your data.
You can also take it in to Apple and see what they say. Please let us know how things turn out,

In Mail, how do I make it so that email replies to me are sent to the email address from which I sent my original message?

I have two IMAP accounts set up in Mail, one work and one personal. The personal account also receives emails from a third account (but I have that set up through gmail's forwarding, not Mail). I am sending emails from my work account and replies are coming to this third account, which I don't want to happen.
How do I make it so that replies to me are sent to the email address from which I sent my original message?

Send Apple feedback. They won't answer, but at least will know there is a problem. If enough people send feedback, it may get the problem solved sooner.

I understand that you are receiving a prompt for an old Apple ID when attempting an update. You cant attempt to reset that password for the Apple ID via the steps in the first article below. If you need assistance with this or are not receiving the email, see the second attached article. You can also delete the applications in question and download them again with your new Apple ID. However, this will cause any application data in those applications to be deleted and you may be charged if these are paid for applications.

Requisition are not receiving the email communcation............Workflow

Hi Friends,
Here is my query on Workflow,
One of our customer created a purchase order through shopping cart,in the place of the requisitioner details they maintain the user id and we checked the user id in Su01, and i found out the mail id and and user id has been maintained here and the communication method is "Remote Mail".
Our system is configured in such a way that when the requisitioner will create a purchase order one mail should go to the inbox of the requisioner through workflow procedure.
I checked the workflow and it is showing that mail has successfully sent.
Now the user has raise a query that "he is not receiving any email communication whenever he is creating PO through shopping cart".We confirm with the user about the communication mail id and he said that the mail id is correct and the same mail id has been maintained in SAP.
If anybody faced this kind of problem than pls help me on this.

Hi Kumar,
Are you expecting the emails in the Outlook inbox? Is it an external mail id?
Check things below -
1. Are alerts being generated? Check transaction ALRTINBOX to make sure that.
2. Check transactions SOST to see emails are generated for the users.
3. Make sure that in transaction SCOT, the user id is added as supported address types.

Are you able to receive any mail at all? If not, make sure that all of your information for mail is accurate in settings again. if you still have nothing, go to your email through safari. (example: www.yahoo.com) If you do not see the emails here either, it is a problem with the password reset server not your mail app.

I have deleted images out an email body and foxfire deleded all inages.nothing will come through with the emails. How can I get my pictures back?

There was something in the body of my email and I right clicked on it and clicked on delete image. Foxfire opened a white bar across the top of my screen saying that "Foxfire would delete all of aol 's images and before I realized I could click the undo spot it was gone. You can use these steps to check if images are blocked:
* Open the web page that has the images missing in a browser tab.
* Click the website favicon ([[Site Identity Button]]) on the left end of the location bar.
* Click the "More Information" button to open the "Page Info" window with the Security tab selected (also accessible via "Tools > Page Info").
* Go to the Media tab of the "Tools > Page Info" window.
* Select the first image link and scroll down through the list with the Down arrow key.
* If an image in the list is grayed and there is a check-mark in the box "Block Images from..." then remove that mark to unblock the images from that domain.

What is All Images in Finder for? Pictures from email show up there, sometimes 12 of the same picture. Can I delete them?

You shouldn't be able to see those folders if you don't know what they are! Be sure to turn off invisible files in Terminal.app by pasting this command

I run firefox on three computers and on this one my website font is not correct. All of my boxes are set up the same. Please advise.

As I mentioned above I have three pc's all running win7 and firefox 6.02. On this box website fonts are different than the others. All of the "option" settings are identical on all of the boxes. Including "allow pages to choose their own fonts". I uninstalled 6.02 and installed 5.0 but there was no difference. So I reset to 6.02.
The pages look fine in IE.
Please advise.

That change needs to be made to the CSS file that is on the web server.
So if you use a CSS file or have the CSS code in the main HTML file then add font-stretch: condensed; to all CSS rules that have a ''font-family: "Arial Narrow";''
If you do not have access to the page code and can't modify it then there is not much that you can do.

Error: all members of structure are assigned to the same switch

Hi,
I have transported my query to QA environment sucessfully with error code (0). When I execute my query is runs fine but it gives me error "all members of structure 'Key Figures' are assigned to the same switch, query will fail if switch is not active" when I open it in Bex Designer.
Any idea what could be the reason.

any idea what´s behind this "error message" if re-importing the query seems to solve it? We only face this issue with a query in our productive system, but not in the development or test system. And because we can not test it, we have not implemented the note yet.
Has anyone implemented the note already?

You could try this:
Apple menu / System Preferences / Network.
Here select Wi-Fi on the left, and click the Assist me... button on the bottom, then click Assistant.
Follow the directions on the screen.
