When I connect my MacBook to my television using Apple TV the audio stays on the MacBook and doesn't transfer to the TV. How can I make it so I can hear the Movie or Video through my TV's speakers and not my MacBook's?

This is called "extended desktop mode". It's an extension of the desktop off to the right (by default) of your MBair screen. Grab an app and drag it off the right side of your MBair screen and it will appear on the TV.
To mirror your MBair screen on the TV you can press Command F1. This will toogle between mirror and extended desktop.
You can find all the settings in System Preferences > Displays > Arrangement tab.

Whenever I want to send files from my computer to the time machine, I can't use any internet features...
If I look to which network my computer is logged on to, it says, Lara's Time Machine, which is not my wifi internet network.

It sounds like you have two different Wi-Fi networks, one created by a Time Capsule and the other by your router, and the Time Capsule is not connected to the Internet. You should either use the TC as your router, or else connect it to the router with an Ethernet cable (if possible) and set it up to extend a wireless network in AirPort Utility. Details are in the built-in help of that application.

Using that last article will erase everything on the device, so make sure you have a backup!

If you keep the entire iTunes folder as it was and you're still using the same platform, you'll be able to keep all your playlist and metadata.

First of all, check that Messages is closed when you turn off your MacBook. This is so important because, by default, OS X will reopen all opened apps the next time you start your Mac.
Apart from that, when you go to  > Shut Down, or  > Restart, in the window you see to restart or turn off your MacBook, unmark "Reopen windows when logging back in". This will avoid that your Mac opens all opened apps the next time you start the MacBook, so Messages won't start automatically at startup

Sorry, not sure what you mean by remotely?
You can remove apps from your phone without being connected to anything if you have the phone in hand. Were you speaking about something else?
If not, then you just press on an app on the Home screen and hold it down until they all begin to wiggle. Apps that you can remove (non-Apple apps) have a little "x" in the top left-hand corner. Tap on that, and the app will be removed.

Try this. Worked for me.
- turn off your router
- turn off you Mac's after removing all available printers
- turn off all iDevices
- do a factory reset of your printer remove all cables min. 30 sec.
- turn on your router first
- ran the network set up wizard
- give your printer also a new name like "DeskJet 2015"
Something which you don't have used before.
- turn on your Mac's and add your printer
- turn on your iDevices at least.
Should work after these steps.
It worked for me including all iDevices.
