HT4061 I bought my iPhone 5s three hours ago and I was wondering if there was some type of warranty that could replace it.
Iphone was bought three hours ago and was accidently flushed down a toliette and unretriveable. Is there warranty available or any advise for my situation?
A warranty will not cover lost or physically damaged iPhones. You will need to purchase a new unit.

I have had the same problem. Between 8-10 minutes into a call the phone freezes and drops the call. I cannot do ANYTHING for about 45 seconds while it says CALL ENDING. I cannot use the phone at all and if anyone tries to call me it goes straight to VM. I am on my 3rd iPhone 5 now due to this issue and another issue of a bad speaker. I have restored, restarted, spent hours setting it up as a brand new phone all for not. It still drops the call and freezes. Makes me so mad.

My iPhone isn't vibrating!
Settings --> Sounds --> Vibrate Make sure it is set to ON.
There are two settings for this.
One is to vibrate wen you have the phone set to Silent.
The other will add vibrations to your ringers, message tones, alerts, etc. -

Just thought that I'd report that I've decided on my solution.
It seems that just making do with what I can find on the US store is the easiest and perhaps also the best way of going about it. All other methods mean trouble. I'm lucky that China hasn't outright blocked the US store, as they HAVE blocked iTunes music store in China already (something about a song about Tibet caused them to block the store entirely).
So yeah, just going to deal with it I guess. I should be grateful I'm getting anything at all, considering the country I'm in. Still, I just feel so ripped off sometimes when I pay for expensive devices and I can't even get much out of them do to my region. iPhones cost around $700 in China because there's no company like AT&T that you can just sign a contract with to get one, so you have to pay up-front for the phone, and get less features out of it in the end. Makes buying smart phones look like a waste of time and money sometimes, since you can't use the device to do what it was built to do due to censorship and not having any content for your region (though they do have a lot of Chinese apps that I can't use due to not knowing Chinese). -

No that isn't normal. Did the actual download start yet? Even when I last updated my iOS in iTunes from 4.3.5 to iOS 5 it took only about 90 minutes - start to finish - download the update, install the iOS, restore iPad from my backup, and sync everything back again to the iPad - and up and running as usual.
That was a 750+ MB download and I did it on the evening that iOS 5 was released and the Apple servers were overloaded with users trying to update as well. -

I couldn't find the edit button on my original post so I am posting an update here.
I have gone through more apps and have had good luck on all but one more. And it's not that the app doesn't work, I am talking about the Yahoo Weather app, It works fine, but when you swipe between cities the screen lags a bit and it sometimes doesn't move between pages the way it should. On iOS 7.1.2 it was smooth as butter but on iOS 8.0, not so much. I will post a note in the app store to let them know. I really like the Yahoo app better than the new stock app.
I have been going through my games and they all work fine. Angry Birds (Original and Stella), Canabalt, Minecraft, Bejeweled 2, Silly Walks, PopWords, Doodle Jump, Deep Green all seem to work just fine.
Starbucks app works as it should.
I will stop back again next week after I have had the weekend to play with it in detail and post my thoughts again. -

Sure. You can pay for an out of warranty replacement ( or if you have applecare plus, you can pay the deductible - Which is less than the OOW replacement fee.

My camera broke on my Iphone, just the back part of the camera, the front one still works...anyways the back camera is just very blurry and foggy and I was wondering if there was an attachment I could buy to screw in to the top like the ones off Amazon?
Clean the lens first.
No add on is going to "fix" a broken camera if that is the case.
The only real solution would be to take the device to Apple for evaluation and possible replacement. -

Well, i bought two iphone 5 for me and my wife...she used it for only 2 days and she gave it back to me complaining from the same problem and she went back to her 4S, i thought she was kidding until i used mine,,,oh my god, the battery does not last for more than 6 or 7 hours, even without making any calls. i was so happy with my previous 4S as i used to charge it at night and stay almost 2 days on a stand by before recharge it again. well, im done with apple, have an appointment today in apple store to return mine, and even if they give me 2 new ones, i will not even open them,,,, for sale right away.

My iphone 4 recently reset itself to factory settings and I lost everything...contacts, pictures, itunes, apps. I managed ON MY OWN thanks to NO HELP from apple to figure out how to restore most of my apps and some of my ITUNES music. However I lost all of my games standings and that was a lot of money that I spent on upgrading games and such and quite a few of my songs. I just bought an I phone 6 eleven days ago. It fell off my bed this morning and the screen shattered. I've been told by numerous outlets including apple, that it cannot be replaced for less than $300. I spent $650 dollars on this phone less than two weeks ago. This is absolutely ridiculous!!!!!! I've always been a huge supporter of apple. I own apple TV, 2 MacBook Pros, 2 IPods and four previous IPhones. It seems to me that quality has been going south and the new IPhone 6 is a testament to that. I'm sincerely disappointed in this purchase and apple.

There is no real issue. Devices can break. All devices can break. Apple offers AppleCare+ and also offers to replace a damaged device for less than the cost of purchasing one new. Name me a manufacturer that does free replacements for electronic devices that are damaged by the user. -
