Need help. 1st. I don't have internet. 2nd. I was told I could still print from my iPad to my canon MG3520. Can anyone help me?  I don't know what operating system I'm using. Thank you for any ideas. If not able to print without internet, please let me know. I can't get my iPad to find my printer. I can go to a friend who has the internet. Thanks again for any help.

You don't need to be connected to the internet to be able to print. But you do need a router so you can connect wirelessly. You could get a portable router.
