iPhone 4 frozen with screen image of usb connector with arrow to iTunes logo. iTunes doesn't recognize my iPhone message says in recovery mode must restore. Try to restore and get - 1 error. What do I do now??
Hi there beee19,
You may find the troubleshooting steps in the article below helpful.
Resolve specific iTunes update and restore errors
http://support.apple.com/kb/ts3694
Check USB connections
Related errors: 13, 14, 1600, 1601, 1602, 1603, 1604, 1611, 1643-1650, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2005, 2006, 2009, 4000, 4005, 4013, 4014, 4016, “invalid response,” and being prompted to restore again after a restore completes.
If there’s an issue with the USB port, cable, dock, or hub, or if the device becomes disconnected during restore, try troubleshooting the USB connection, then troubleshooting your security software.
To narrow down the issue, you can also change up your hardware:
Use another USB cable.
Plug your cable into a different USB port on your computer.
Try a different dock connector (or no dock).
Add (or remove) a USB hub between your device and computer.
Connect your computer directly to your Internet source, with no routers, hubs, or switches.
If you checked your connections and are still seeing the error message, check for hardware issues.

how do i get my phone out of recovery mode without restoring it. I have an iphone 4. i have nothing backed up to icloud and i really cant lose all of my data
You don't. Once it's in recovery mode, anything that was on the phone is already gone.

Am trying to sync my 3gs to itunes, keeps coming up with a notice saying! iphone in recovery mode. Must restore the iphone before it can be used with itunes.
Am really worried about doing this as the phone came with a note enclosed saying "Do NOT restore or update iphone software on itunes when asked to otherwise unlock will be lost"
Is it safe for me to restore or will it block my phone?
Can anybody help me please?Sounds like you purchased a phone that was hacked to run on a network other than the one it was originally locked to.
Where, exactly did you get this phone? If it's already in a state where it says it must be restored, you don't have a choice. If the phone was hacked, it will be re-locked to the network it was originally locked to. ONLY the carrier it is locked to can legitimately authorize unlocking the phone. -
IPhone in Recovery Mode- Must Restore
Hey... I am having a lot of trouble. I bought an iPhone off of a friend.
Here is what is going on.
I turn on the phone - it says to connect to iTunes. I have done so (and downloaded the newest version of iTunes as well)
I connect it and it states that my iPhone is in Recovery Mode and that I must restore it before it can be used with iTunes.
I click restore and it begins the download process of iPhone software update.
It takes forever to download (I live in a rural area on SLOW DSL) \
After it downloads (for the 4th time I might add) it begins to inialize and then comes up with an error code stating iTunes could not sync to the iPhone '[iPhone ]'.
Can someone please help me. Apple is closed due to Thanksgiving holiday and I know nothing about the iPhone.
Thank you all!It should have given you an error code along with the information that it couldn't sync. What was the code?

I have downloaded and installed the new ios7 software on my iphone 4s but im having trouble getting through the activation process i keep getting the message "iphone could not be activated because the activation server cannot be reached"? any suggestions?
The activation servers are probably overloaded with everyone trying to update to iOS 7 today. You might need to wait and try again later.

iOS 5 seems to work on my ipad, but apparently something went wrong when restoring. I lost music and movies, and when I connect the ipad to my macbook, I get the message that itunes was interrupted when restoring. I try to restore again and I get the message "An error occurred while restoring this iPad (-50)." What happened and what should I do?
I have had the same issue since day 1 of the ios5 installation. I always hit "Cancel" and then the iPad eventually shows up again in iTunes. Then a few hours later, I get the same message again. Annoying, but I've not found a way around it.

Help! I get the message "sorry this video is not available on this device"
Help! Whenever I attempt to access videos posted on my subscribed YouTube sites, on my iPad mini, I get the message "sorry this video is not available on this device", on a black screen.. Strange because they always were available up until yesterday. Old iPad 1 is ok.
I have reset everything. It's annoying because some old vids still play and videos that I'm alerted to on my email will open if I use my old iPad 1.
Any suggestions from anyone on how to fix the problem? Is it an adobe thing? I can't access anything adobe.
It's all very frustrating.This works!!!!
To solve the problem follow the instuction:
Go to Settings
Go to iTunes & App Stores
Click on your Apple ID
In poped up window click Sign Out.
Fill your Apple ID and Password and press Sign In
Done. Now you will be able to download applications from App Store -
My brand new iphone 6 when charging for the first time gets a message "iphone needs to cool down before using". I cannot even charge it. I offed it and on it several times, still the same message keeps on coming.
To resume use of your device as quickly as possible, turn it off, move it to a cooler environment, and allow it to cool down.

Itunes warning message stuck at Recovery mode Please restore
I plugged my ipod touch in while it was in pwned dfu mode and it said Itunes has detected an ipod in recovery mode please restore. So i tried to click ok but the message wouldn`t go away then i tried to push the X button and it was frozen please help!!!
If iTunes itself is frozen and won't close, you might try to plug the iPod (in DFU/recovery mode) into a different computer. It makes no difference which computer restores the iPod to defaults, as long as you plug it into your primary computer to then restore from backup.
