Sync with itunes or on your phone go to appstore - update - purchase - all or not on this phone and redownload the app.

If you just deleted them you can try to undelete them before they get permanently deleted off the server by going ot voice mail and selecting deleted messages and then undelete them. It may or may not work but worth a try.

What do you mean by that? Do you mean you deleted photos or albums from your iPhoto Library?
You best solution is to use Time Machine to restore your library from just before you "cleaned your iPhoto archive". -

As already stated by Chris and I you can only track your phone if you had findmyiphone enabled in icloud settings.
Then you can log into icloud.com and use the find my iphone app.
Since you said you don't have internet, then you can't track it. -

I suspect you have a 2G iPod. Those can only go to iOS 4.2.1.

If you backed up the phone when the video was still on it, restoring the backup will get it back. However, anything new on the phone since the backup will be deleted.

No, and iPads (and other iOS devices) don't need one (unless you jailbreak it). The only place to get apps for your iPad is via the app store, either directly on the iPad via the App Store app or via the app store on your computer's iTunes and then syncing it to the iPad - but there aren't any 'proper' antivirus apps in the App Store.
As long as you have antivirus software on your computer then you should be ok - viruses can't affect the iPad, but if you download an infected file on your iPad and then copy it from your iPad to your computer then your computer's AV program should detect it when you copy it -

I ran the IOS 7 update on my phone and now it is stuck in recovery mode. On my phone it shows a cord and the I Tunes logo. When I connect to I Tunes it tells me "itunes has detected an iPhone in recovery mode. You must restore this iPhone before it can be used with iTunes." Then it only gives me the option to Restore iPhone. But when I click on this it gives me the message that it is going to reset my phone to factory settings. Doesn't this mean I will loose everything? What do I do? Is there a way to fix this without losing everything?

The situation is my parents have a business and each have a MacBook, they want a system where they share files with each other. BUT they want it to be done automatically on a day to day basis. For example if my dad creates a quotation for a client of his, and my mom wants to come home with the laptop to work on this file. What must happen is that before my dad leaves, he backs up his MacBook to the Time Capsule (only the new files get updated) and then my mom will then click a button and it will update the new files that my dad has backed up to the Time Capsule. BUT it should also work the other way around.
So in short they want a system where whatever new files they create on their MacBook will be saved on the other MacBook simultaneously.
They do not want to create a central server where they manually have to go and save and fetch new files, they want it to be automatic. They want to in layman's terms, work on one pc image with two actual computers.
Is this even possible?? I would really appreciate it if someone could help me in this matter before my dad goes and spends a lot of money on something that might not even be feasible.

MarkI understand what you want.. but it is the wrong way to do it.
You will get into a mess with using TM this way. It is designed for backup of individual machines.. you are trying to use it for a file server.

The ironic thing is you are trying to use Time Machine as a central server.. only it is not.
A central server is exactly the right way to do it. But it can be done automatically.. you just use some synchonisation software. (Central server means you all work on the same files and you have centralised backup)

Using some cloud method would be the other suggestion.. but I am not sure exactly how to do it. I have lousy internet so cloud is really too hard to use for storage.. but Apple do lots of stuff to help people with cloud to synchronize fies. -

The Apple warranty does not cover accidental damage like loosing it. Did you opurchase any insurance
- If you previously turned on FIndMyiPod on the iPod in Settings>iCloud and wifi is on and connected go to iCloud: Find My iPhone, sign in and go to FIndMyiPhone. If the iPod has been restored it will never show up.
- You can also wipe/erase the iPod and have to iPod play a sound via iCloud.
- If not shown, then you will have to use the old fashioned way, like if you lost a wallet or purse.
- Change the passwords for all accounts used on the iPod and report to police
- There is no way to prevent someone from restoring the iPod (it erases it) using it.
- Apple will do nothing without a court order
