I just got my ipod Touch back for Apple, because I couldn't get it to restored, I had to send it in. They even updated it for me with newest software etc. Now, any advice before I sync it up to my computer to put music etc back on it. I removed some movies and music from my library so it would take as long to sync up, and plan to add stuff back slowly and I can't wait to add some new apps.

My App Store is locked at an app I purchased and won't let me make any selections. What do I do. I just got my iPad back from factory for new battery. It was updated to iOS 7.02 at factory. Try close all apps in multi-task window
1. Double tap the home button to bring up the multi-tasking view
2. Swipe the app's windows upwards to close

I just got an iPod touch 5g for Christmas and last night I was FaceTiming a family member and I noticed my speaker sounded a little wired, like it blew out which I don't even know how I did it! I never have it up full blast! Does the 1 year limited warrenty cover it?

I just got my iPod touch 4g repaired and now my wifi is down
I just got my iPod touch repaired because i had a cracked screen. I got it back one day ago, and it was being repaired for 3 weeks. Whenever i try to use wifi, no networks show up. I tried rebooting, but nothing happened. I know that the signal bar cant be completely broken because at my friends house i would get wifi for 5 minutes or so. then it would break down again for half an hour. When i got home, no networks showed up. Its been like this until now. Can someone please help me?
Also if i put my ipod right next to the router it works, but when i walk away the signal stops.
And i have an unrepsonsive home button.Making a new post does not change the responces

If you have iTunes 11 turn on the Sidebar. Go to iTunes>View and click on Show Sidebar. You can also do a Crtl+S to show the sidebar -
i just got an ipod touch and downloaded itunes. when i plug my ipod into my computer itunes doesnt read my ipod. i looked it up in 'help' in itunes and it said if itunes doesnt read your device to click on 'device' and hit add. but i dont see a 'device' button anywhere. can anybody help m eplease?

I just got an iPod touch. Now I cannot access my music on my Nano when it is connected to my computer (all the titles are in gray). How do I fix this?
That sounds like you've engaged one of the automatic syncing options for your nano.
Plug the nano in, and go into the Device screen for the nano in itunes. Is "manually manage ..." unchecked? If so, check the box for it, and click okay. Disconnect and reconnect the nano. Is the content on the nano able to be selected in your iTunes now? -

I just got an ipod touch from my sister yesterday which she has had since October. The battery life went for days with her but as soon as I started checking my email and adding apps the battery doesn't last more than a couple of hours. I deleted some apps but no change. I also kept my email logged in and my notifications turned on so I'm wondering if they are part of the problem. Please let me know what I should do. Thank you so much.
Yes, notifications are part of the problem. For more information look at at the previous posts on this problem. Yu can find some of those on the right hand side of this page under the heading: More Like This. I keep mine in airplane mode when asleep.

My daughters just got an ipod touch today and I'm having trouble connecting it to my Wi-Fi network. It identifies my wireless connection but then says 'unable to join the network' with the word 'Dismiss' underneath. Any ideas on what I can do? Thanks!!Hi
Thanks for your reply. I've tried resetting a few times. There is no 'tick' next to the name of my wireless connection so it won't connect at all. I think I may have to do something with my router as there is an arrow button to press next to my wireless name, this takes me to a screen which asks for IP address, then has options for DHCP BootP and Static, it asks for Client ID DNS etc - all gobbledegook to me!! Perhaps my router is blocking the Ipod?
