So I preorered an album from iTunes and now it won't download into my libraray. It says that I purchased it on iTunes, but it won't even show up in the "Purchsed" library in my account. Does anyone know what I am supposed to do to downlaod it?
If you can't enter the passcode then you have to place the iPod in recovery mode and then restore the iPod via iTunes. For ecovery mode see:

Note that this requires using the sleep/wake button. If you are not successful then there is nothing else that I know you can do. -

I've purchased music from iTunes and CANNOT drag to my iPhone...WHY? I have clicked manage myself and authorised my computer. What is the point of buying music if you cannot transfer from iTunes to an iPhone? I can happily transfer my CDs.????? I have the latest update on my iPhone and iTunes.
Media was moved via external hard disk, and I think I moved the iTunes Media folder after consolidating it.

You should be able to re download the book on your iPad.

On your iPad tap Settings > iTunes & App Store
Swipe down and make sure Books is switched ON.
Purchased books should appear when tapping the iBooks icon now. -
I have recently upgraded the new Apple software and now when I purchased new songs they show up in my tunes library However, I cannot transfer or download them to my iPod shuffle...any help is appreciated..my son is having the same problem downloading to his iPhone 4.
From your OLD computer...
Copy your ENTIRE iTunes FOLDER to an External Drive... and then from the External Drive to your New Computer..

In the past 6 years I have purchased many books from iTunes. I lost one of them and would like to download it again, however it is not showing up in my purchased screen. All of my music, movies, and shows are showing but none of my books. They do show up in my purchase history, how can I get them back? Help!

Audiobooks are not currently part of the content that can be re-downloaded. -

Other books i have bought and have downloaded correctly have a square symbol beside them - but the three books in question do not. I purchaed 4 tonight and only one has worked. There is plently of room on the Ipod as the books are only 7 and ten mins long. I want my money back - or the books to download.
