I had to call itunes bc my account had got hacked and they got that fixed and my account works i can sign in and sign out but when i go to download something or update an app on my ipod it comes up that my apple ID has been disabled. Yes, I have a question!
I can download new apps from the app store on my iPhone 5. When I try to update existing apps, I receive an error message with no other information -- Your Apple ID has been disabled.
This occurred when I was updating apps shortly after upgrading to iOS 7. Half of my 8 apps updated successfully and then I got this error. Since then, the update process is stuck, for lack of a better term. The same apps update on other devices (iPad) under the same account.
Why are so many people getting this message? Why can I log into every other Apple ID account interface successfully, reset my phone, and reset my Apple ID passwords but still not update apps on this single device? Why does this article everyone points to not help?
