What version of OS X? Some people have luck by clearing their caches. This can be done with Applejack in 10.5. Onyx will work in SL.

Hi Gurus
I installed standalone hhtp server from db companion cd on AIX 5.3 10gR2.

But I need http server to use port 80 and not default of 7777
I did 2 changes in httpd.conf - Port 80 and Listen 80 But after this I am not

I am trying to connect to the PhoneGap Build Service in Dreamweaver CS6 but after about a minute I receive the error "Temporary Server related error. Please try again later.". I have googled, searched and implemented any fix that I could find without any joy. I have fully updated Dreamweaver and all other Cloud services but still am receiving the error.
I can log into build.phonegap.com using my Adobe ID no problem and I have linked a GitHub account to my Adobe ID so I am at a loss as what I can try next.
Any help would be much appreciated.
Many thanks,

Lyfisgood... youre using windows right? If so you may want to
actually open a second thread... I saythis only as youll probably
get more of a response as there seem to be more peopel running it
on Win than OS X. But ill try and help as much as i can... ive
installed on XP before so maybe ill have something of value to
offer.
Do you have windows firewall or any other firewall running?
Are you sure its actually running on port 8500 as opposed to
8000,8100, 8001? -

Someone who can help me please reply or email at [email protected]
Thank you!The simple "Hello World" can work under Editplus, but can't under DOS.
The error appears as the same. I don't know what I should do, could you tell me please?
Thank you!First test whether environment variables had been set properlyor not
To test :-
1) Open cmd
2) type java
3) If it runs that means you have set it properly
Then go to your program directory i.e d:\java\
and type
javac Hello.java //to compile it and then
java Hello //To run it -
Hi,
I use CF 7.02 on 6 applications and i have a very serious
problem : the server freezes 2 or 3 time a day.
My configuration is :
- Win 2003 R2 / Sp2
- Ram : 2 Go
- CF Version : 7,0,2,142559
- Java Version : 1.4.2_09
- MS SQL Server 2005 (on other server)
The server was re installed few days ago so the system is
clean.
I cannot find one recurring event just before the freeze.
I don't understand why CF freezes like that.
I need help to solve this problem and save business with this
customer.
Thx
FredHi Tal, I get the same problem (but far less often) and I
think/80 % sure! (after months of narrowing down the problem) for
me it has something to do with errors in the code when generating a
pdf using cfdocument tag, it seems to crash the cf service when an
error occurs. Do you use cfdocument to generate pdf's in any of
your 6 apps, If so try disabling this feature temporarily
thanks

I am unable to restart the HTTP server service after I tried to install Discoverer Administration suite.
I get the following error at startup of service.
"The procedure entry point OCIUserCallbackRegister could not be located in the dynamic link library OCI.dll"
This has made our development job to a standstill.
An early reply would be highly appreciable.
Ashwani
nullDear Ashwin.
I face same problem. This oci.dll file is located on forms or reports server's bin folder. What i can do is just rename this file. For example if oci.dll is their then rename to 'copy of oci.dll'.I think this should work.
Thank you.

My http home directory is c:\OracleHTTP; my old HTTP directory was C:\orahttp that I deleted and reinstall Oracle HTTP Server.
I don't understand why these error is coming? even Apache is referring old http server home.
on DADS.CONF my image directory is set to
Alias /i/ "c:\OracleHttp\Apache\images\/"
So the situation is when I invoke Apex it displays with all images, but do not move after that; i.e the screen don't move whatever you type.
Can anybody give advise what can we do to make Apex functional?
Thanks. The reference to old HTTP home was resolved as there were old settings on Window Registry that I deleted.
I am still getting following errors:-

I think you need to configure proxy for the JRE
If you are using windows Go to control panel , you will find an icon called java plugin. if you have installed multiple JRE you will find multiple icons . Select the one which is configured to browser.
You will find a proxies tab in that window , add the proxy details there
Hope this helps you
