Hyperlink button doesnot work in IE

I created a hyperlink button to take to a HTML page on an existing silverlight application. The button and the webpage works fine with Google chrome and firefox however, it doesnot with Internet explorer 9 and 11. I made sure the manage add ons the silverlight
was enabled and reset the IE settings. Also added the following code to the mainpage. but still doesnt work.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

HYPERLINKED BUTTONS not working in swf exports

I have created an flip catalog with majority of the product images converted into buttons and linked into web pages. On the preview inside indesign the when the buttons were click they direct me to the web page but when exported as swf file the buttons no longer works. I tried exporting the file in interactive pdf, fortunately the buttons are working. What might have caused the buttons not to function on the swf file? I am using indesign cs5. Please help. thanks in adv ance.

Hyperlinks/buttons not working in Safari

When I go onto Safari and to a website like Verizon. I go to the page to pay my bill. When I press on the 'Pay Bill' red button, it does nothing. It will not forward to the next step or the next page. It is so frustrating. My iPad works find but not my iMac. Please help me to fix this!!

From the Safari menu bar, select
Safari ▹ Preferences ▹ Extensions
Turn all extensions OFF and test. If the problem is resolved, turn extensions back ON and then disable them one or a few at a time until you find the culprit.
If you wish, you may be able to salvage the malfunctioning extension by uninstalling and reinstalling it. That will revert its settings to the defaults.

My Hyperlink button not working in FaceBook

Why is my sleep/turn off button not working properly?

I've had my iphone 5 for about 7 months and it's been having all sorts of problems, like the sleep/turn off button is not working like it did when i first got the phone! I have to press the button harder and on the left side for it to work. Is there anything I can do? Does anyone know the cause of it?

Turn Off / Sleep Button not working?

Hi there i have been using my Iphone 3G now for a year with no issues at all but this morning for some reason the 'OFF' button is not responding at all. I have been holding it down for 30 secs a time but nothng is happening. I tried to re-set it by pressing the 'HOME' button and 'OFF' button at the same time but again no response!

Hyperlink Activation Button not working any more in CMS Toolbar.

I'm a long term FF user. I'm using 9.0.1 on a Mac.
Just recently though, I can no longer use a LINK BUILDER button in some of our clients' Content Management Systems.
When I click on the LINK ICON in a text box formatting toolbar - nothing happens - previously a pop-up window would appear to enable me to activate the text as a hyperlink.
Nothing has been updated on the website itself to create this problem.
I've checked my POP-UP BLOCKER in my FF Preferences and find it is NOT ticked as yes. The website CMS I'm using is ASP programming.

Hi,
Make object for button, select it and press "convert to button" (Buttons and Forms tab). Choose "go to url" action (it is located under tiny plus button) and paste or type in full url with http:// in "URL" field.
Likewise for hyperlinks select text and press "Create new hyperlink" on Hyperlinks panel then paste full url (uncheck "Shared Hyperlink Destination") and press OK.
It should work. Of course if you have Internet connection.
If your links point to pages or articles inside the folio use navto:// instead of http://

Power button not working in Ideapad Flex14

power button of Ideapad Flex14 is not working, i have to boot using the Novo button.
the Volume Buttons on the side of the laptop also doesnot work.
the Windows button the Screen (the windows hardware button on the display) also doesnt work.

Just to verify, is the power / volume / Windows button sunk?
If not, it's possible that the Function Board / Win8 Button Board is malfunctioning and you may need to contact Lenovo for service.

Hyperlinks are not working in Interactive PDF in InDesign CS5

Hi, I have a book that I previously in CS4 exported as interactive pdf, with Hyperlinks and buttons. Now in CS5 When I export it as Interactive PDF, the Hyperlinks don't function anymore (there are hyperlinks in the TOC to link to specific pages in the book) - if I export as Print PDf the hyperlinks funtion well, but the buttons no longer function (prev. Page, next page and so on) Any suggestions?

The process is as followed:
Insert a 'Text box'
Wrote Wesport in Text Box
Highlighted the word Wesport, right clicked and selected the hyperlink option
Selected the option to inset a website link
Pasted the whole link and pressed ok
The hyperlink then was shown in the document blue with an underline
Then selected the Adobe Printer through the Print option
The PDF was then created but hyperlinks did not work.

Iweb Hyperlink Format not working!

I am using version 3.0.3 of iWeb. I think this must be the latest version.
No matter what I do, I cannot get the FORMAT tab to do anything within the hyperlinks section of the inspector.
Let's I want to change the color of how a button behaves (rollover, click etc), I click on that element (text, box, anything), I select Inspector, I go to hyperlink tab, and the FORMAT subtab is not working.
Has anyone else had this issue?
What do i need to do??

Thanks for your response, but believe me, i've tried EVERYTHING.
I've selected Text, I've highlighted the text, I've gone to the INSPECTOR window, selected the hyperlink tab, and the FORMAT TAB always remains INACTIVE: i.e. all the buttons are dark grey and do nothing when I press them.
I paid for this software upgrade also (iLife 11).
I really like iWeb actually, it produces what I want, except this formatting of URLs (and perhaps sub-menus).
Im getting really desperate to find why my FORMAT of hyperlinks is not working.

Why the second NamedData variable doesnot work for CreateWithParams?

Working in jdev 11.1.2.3,
A scenario:
--There is a 1-M link between VO1(id,amount),VO2(id,amount,fkid1,fkid3) where VO2.fkid1=VO1.id;
--When create a new record for VO2, will select record from VO3(id,amount) and populate for VO2 with VO2.amount=VO3.amount, VO2.fkid3=VO3.id;
--VO1 render as a formlayout, VO2 and VO3 as tables in the same page;
--A CreateWithParams button for VO2;
It's OK when add the first NamedData->amount and bind to VO3.amount.
--VO2.amount = VO3.amount when a new record is created with the CreateWithParams button;

But errors will raised when add the second NamedData->Fkid3 and bind to VO3.id the same way as the first NamedData as follows:

I would start troubleshooting your iPhone with the following steps:
Verify that there is nothing plugged in to the headset jack, including headsets, headphones, or adapters.
Make sure the Ring/Silent switch is not switched to silent.
While on the Home screen, adjust the volume buttons. If you see the icon below, indicating that headphones are attached, there may be debris or an object lodged in the headset jack:
Check the headset jack. If there is an object lodged in the headset jack that is not easily removed, have the iPhone serviced to remove object.
For Original iPhone: If there is light debris, such as lint, in the headset jack, try connecting a pair of headphones to the headset jack and then remove the headphones. Repeat this several times to remove the debris.
If you have installed a protective film on the display, either ensure that the receiver is not covered or remove the film completely.
Check the receiver mesh (which is on the top front of the device, above the display). If it appears blocked, use a clean, small, dry, soft-bristled brush to carefully and gently brush away any debris.
If you have paired with a Bluetooth headset that is nearby, either use the headset or turn Bluetooth off (choose Settings > General > Bluetooth).
Restart the iPhone.
If restarting the iPhone doesn't resolve the issue, try restoring the device.
If the issue persists, go to the Service Answer Center - iPhone for information on service.

How do I make hyperlink buttons hide until I want them?

I have a map with stops on it. I have made each stop a (on relase or Tap) button so that a box shows up on the side with info about that stop.
Reasonable easy...except i want to put a close button and hyperlinks on this text box. So i have created multiple actions for a button to hide buttons show other buttons etc
This is where it gets tricky. It seems that if i create a hyperlink button and tell it to be "Hidden until Triggered" it doesnt stay hidden. it is invisible but if i move the mouse over that area the hand curser comes up. i cant have them being acidentally clicked. Is there anything i am doing wrong? There is going to be ALOT of these so i have to get it right now.

Encore does not provide scripting which is what I think may help.
But it may not, since "hover" implies you are playing back on computer. That won't work even for the workaround used for this by using autoactivate to move from a still to motion menu.

Creating hyperlink button

It seems that even as a newbie this should be a simple thing to do.
( I am using CS3 on the Mac)
I create a button and add this action
on(release) { getURL("http://www.yourwebsite.com"); }
but get several errors when I go to publish it.
So searching on google I find this code

which seems rather complicated but works.
except that I can't see where to change the code so the URL opens in the same browser window as the Flash file. Is there an edit I can make to edit this?
(Also am I missing something? There is nothing in Flash help (searching under "hyperlink button") that I can find for what seems like a common task. Is there a simple way to create a hyperlink button?)
