HypRetrieveRange toggles POV on, Sheet Type stays "Empty"

Hello,
i used the following code to test this issue:
Sub Example_RetrieveRange()
sts = HypRetrieveRange(Empty, Range("C1:R47"), "R_PL_Main")
End Sub
Result:
1. The data is refreshed successfully
2. The POV is toggled on and on pressing the POV botton the first hidden row is not shown again
2. no Smart View Named Range is created
3. The Sheet Type stays empty
4. manual refresh of the Sheet does not work
Does anyone of you face the same issues? I think with Version 11.1.2.5.200 this was still working.
I am using Version 11.1.2.5.400 on Office 2013

I used the Dynamic Link View functions in an Excel 2003 add-in early last year (I don't remember the release of SV) and although my data source was Essbase, not HFM, Dynamic Link View functions didn't work for me, either.
Hyperion's tech support organization was still extant, so I could log issues -- I think I received eight defects that went along with DLVs (I wanted to use HypGetColItems, HypGetPOVItems, and HypGetRowItems and then use the Set functions).
Some of the bugs were really out there, e.g., they depended on the dimensionality of the database and the location and number of nested columns and rows. I think that might have been a bug with HypRetrieveRange and the fact that there wasn't an enabled connection on the sheet (sheet was connected through HypConnect, had to use HypSetActiveConnection, but that too was buggy).
What I ended up doing in the end -- and it was definitely a kludge -- was to rotate everything on to the sheet and then use HypOtlGetMemberInfo to return dimensionality into an array which I could then interrogate and figure things out. You can guess that this wasn't too fast (to put it mildly). Unfortunately, that might be your only option.
I'm on the road now, so I don't have access to my files, but if you really want them, I have the defect "prizes" at home and I can post them over the weekend. It is also possible that Oracle identified the bugs in Metalink/the read me(s).
One other thing you might try would be to get the very latest and greatest version of SV and see if that fixes some of your bugs -- there shouldn't be any issue with a new version of SV against an older version of APS.

I have to calculate many Ratios of Duration in Days .
If Duration appears as 0 , it means activity is Very Efficient, but its not true for those activities which Dates dont exist. This happens by some activities dont have end yet, so therere not enough Dates for calculating of Duration.
This 0 confuses end user and also changes Duration Average Aggregation
If I use Clean Statement in a trnsfer rule, Ratio is again 0, because Ratio is Integer Type.
I need all Ratios stay EMPTY not ZERO.

Report Requirment based on different Balance sheet type

Hello Experts ,
                          As per our client requirment we have created a Standard financial statement report using   0FIGL_VC1 and using datasource 0FI_GL_6 , Now as there are four type of balance sheet define in S_ALR_87012284 transaction in ECC R/3 in special evaluation tab ,these are
1          Standard financial statement
2          Flow of funds analysis
3          Balance sheet accounts like type 1; P+L accounts like type 2
4          Opening balance
We are giving report only for "Standard financial statement " , Now our client require all other report with 3 remaining balance sheet type . Can any body tell me how i can provide the report based on Balance sheet type . or how i can create diiferent report based on balance sheet type defined in S_ALR_87012284 . Please suggest me the best possible way to do this .

Exchange 2013 Recoverable Items\Versions folder stays empty

Hi All,
I need some clarifications on Recoverable Items Folder.
Versions: If either litigation hold or single item recovery is enabled and If a user modifies an item, a copy of the original item is placed in the Recoverable Items\Versions folder, by a process called copy-on-write page protection. This
folder isn’t visible to end users. (Visible via MFCMAPI though)
I don’t seem to be practically achieve this with Single Item Recovery Enabled.
The Versions folder stays empty irrespective of edits(saves) I make on emails located in Inbox, Deleted Items or elsewhere.
I would really appreciate some light here on how to get this going.
NOTE:- Deletions and Purges folder are working just fine.

Sorry for not being clearer earlier. Below are the current settings for the user.
I have already enabled SingleItemRecovery for the user and checking the 'versions' folder using Get-MailboxFolderStatistics cmdlet and MFCMAPI tool.
What I want is to get the versions folder count\size to increase, how can I get that tested.
Please guide me through the steps to make edits on the email items to make this happen.

Hi Gurus,
We are in SRM Extended classic scenario with 5.0 version.
Here in SRM we have Procurement contact with process type Global Outline Agreement (GCTR).
Currently we are facing problem while amending the condition type in the contact line item. When we change the condition type for particular line item then getting error message "Leave Unit of Measure for calculation type A empty. (item 10).
On the line item the condition could look like this
Condition                    Price                 Start Date       End Date
Price(Contract/Bid)    100 EUR            2010-02-22    2010-12-31
gross surcharge %   5,5 %                2010-02-22    2010-03-31
gross surcharge %   6,5%                 2010-04-01    2010-06-30

when we try to add additional conditon like "gross surcharge %" then we got this error message

if I delete all condition "Gross Surcharge%" then the error disapear and then I can try again, sometime we could create those condition without problems but offen we have this error.
Can any one help me to get rid of this error message.

initially you could do multiple periods but when you change the condition it is not allowing you.
can you make inactivate that andd new line item and add same item with new condition
(SRM might have limitations)

SAP BP EC&O activation U.S. V1.604 - error in BB447 with entry sheet type

during activation of BP EC&O, the BC Set /SMBA0/SAPBOQ_V_T02_B3O3_J01 is not activated.
Reason is the fact that (accoring to the config guide for building block #447) the sales document types TBSS and CBSS shall be assigned to service entry sheet type 01 in in view /SAPBOQ/V_T02. TBSS and CBSS are of category L (Debit memo request) what makes absolutely sense for me (view V_TVAK). But the above view only allows sales documents of category C (order), as you can see on the error which appears if I try to assign TBSS and CBSS:
Document type TBSS cannot be used; Only Sales Order type should be entered.
Message no. /SAPBOQ/SRVPACK101
Thus correct assignment is not possible. Any suggestion on this error, or additional information and practice experience regarding customizing activity Assign Sales Order Types to Service Entry Sheet Type would be very much apprechiated.

My Download window comes up, but always stays empty.

I have used Firefox for a long time. I started running 4.0 and now have a problem with my Download Window. It always pops up, as I have it configured to do, but nothing ever shows up in it. I don't have "Close it down" selected, and it doesn't. It just stays there, empty, forever. I have downloaded numerous files, and they are all downloading correctly, but I always have to go through Explorer to my Downloads directory, because they never show in the Download Window. Not huge, but quite annoying.

The query result is empty.
I have the same result whe i seletect other attribures (System Resource - CPU Type).
The only attribute I can query is: System Resource - Operating System Name and Version.

Have you turned on hardware inventory? If so, have you spot checked a few machines to see if they have actually reported back a full inventory? Do you see any errors on your site server for the components related to inventory?
