I live in Kolkata, India. I have purchased an iPhone from your above noted store. While purchasing I asked your sales person in the store whether this phone has international warrant & I was confirmed that yes this phone comes with international warrant for 1 year.
However, there was no issue for 1 year as the phone was working fine.
From last 4 months I am facing one problem in the phone, i.e. charging problem. The port of the phone which is used for charging is malfunctioning.
Sometime it charges, sometimes it does or I have to fiddle with the charger to make it charge.
I changed the charging wire to confirm that the problem is with the phone’s charging port.
With all the same wire if I am charging other iPhone, there is no problem.
So, I went to local Apple service centre in Kolkata,India to get PAID SERVICE available.
When the technician saw that I have purchased the phone from Hongkong, Macao they straight away denied me to give any kind of services (even when I was ready to pay the charges). They said that they will only entertain the phone if I give them a poof that I live in Hongkong, but I live in Kolkata,India. This was quite a shocking experience for me. This is like Apple is discriminating people from country to country.
I am writing this letter with a great disappointment that how I get my iPhone repaired.
Kindly guide me & solve my problem ( Receipt copy is attached ).

I downloaded IOS6 earlier today and my 4S has died twice, it has gone from 45 to 32% in the last 5 minutes and i have icloud, internet, all apps closed with nothing running at all!! I can send and receive calls.
I get "messaging stopped" when doing a lot of texts.
Texts come up "ghosted" meaning they have the text on the bottom and a transparent one overlaid on top. they then become one. But I get the ghosting most of the time when I go into a message from a contact to send a text.
When I go to call logs or text logs, the numbers come up first, and then then the names pop up randomly, meaning not in order down the page, until they are all shown. lots of lag time.
It runs slow.
I have 5 apps on here. I should be able to have a lot of apps on here, and play music, and have files, and...and....and.
I can get online but doing a Google search, when the page with the choices comes up, it is blurred and I have to tap on the screen for it to become clear and readable.
When online and scrolling, it hitches sometimes/lags/gets stuck then unstuck
I get VZWAVS has stopped. (not sure if those are the right letters)
The status bar that is supposed to be gray with the new update, goes back and forth between green--the old os--to gray. And I have found no continuity with when I get green or when I get gray.

sometimes the proximity sensor doesn't work.
sometimes when I have my bluetooth on and have "hands free mode" on, I get the a text message read through the headset and also through the handset.

First, update iTunes, then connect the phone to the computer and do a restore. This will also get your iOS up to date. Your phone should operate correctly after doing this, if not, you will most likely need to have the phone serviced or replaced.

Facing problem with logo in the PDF attachment when sending mail...

i'm facing problem with logo in the PDF attachment to the mail.
my requirement:
1. enter spool number and mail id in the selection screen.
process:
1. now the program will fetch the spool data and converts it to PDF.
2. but when i'm trying to send mail with this PDF as attachment.
when i open the PDF file from the mail, logo is not coming properly (looks disturbed).
can anyone help me how to resolve this issue...

Hi - it depends on how old your iPhone is. Is it fairly new or if its less than 28 days old you can bring it back to the store if bought through one of the common networks. the problem is not the exported xls. If you have a look inside with Notepad or something like that, you will see that your leading zeros are exported correct.Excel-settings occurs this problem, it is all about how to open the document. If you use the import-assistant you will have no problems because there are options available how to handle the different columns.
Another solution might be to get familiar with ABAP2XLS-Project. I got in my mind, that there is a method implemented, that will help you solving this problem. But that is not a five minute job

Second provide Apple a feedback or send them a mail.
Third they will never send you a free iPad Air.
If you want one you have to buy it. (go for refurbished if the device is too expensive) or look for special prices.
