I am having a problem opening my browser, the broswer is hanging up after slowly opening
Hello, I have been having trouble with my firefox browser for quite some time now, it just stopped working on me about 5 or 6 months ago. I have switched over to Internet Explorer which has still been working fine. I like using Firefox much more than Explorer these days, but I am unfortunately not good much with fixing computer problems and have pretty much extinguished all my available options for repairing it myself.
The problem with Firefox is now when I click on the shortcut link on my desktop, it takes a good 5 to 10 minutes to open up the browser now. Once it does finally open, you cannot type or click on anything it is hung up and will not allow you to go to another site(the home page will still load, with current news and other information)
I cannot remember anything that would have caused it to crash or get hung up like this, but like I said I am not a computer expert by any means. I do know that I am ready to get Mozilla back to running smoothly as before, I had just gotten really used to it(I had been using internet explorer).
I also uninstalled Firefox completely and reinstalled it, I figured if nothing else I tried worked that usually is the best option...it still did/does the same thing, hangs up everytime you try to run/open it.
I checked your online solution for what to do on a hanging first page, I saw something about pentium 4's running Windows Vista or XP...my computer runs Windows 7 (was actually purchased running the terribly bug ridden and error-prone Vista, and lucky I was able to obtain a free upgrade to 7). So I was thinking maybe that had something to do with it, I had some problem in the past, with what I cannot remember, but it traced back to something from when Vista was on my computer(even though it was no longer my operating system I'll be darn if it wasn't still causing me headaches! How fitting.)
My computer in question is a Dell Studio XPS 1640 which I bought new almost two years ago exactly)

The problem is being reported in the news media, yes. Apparently someone at Apple jumped the gun and uploaded the update before it was ready. They'll probably issue another update shortly, I would expect, but you can go here:

and follow the instructions to report the issue to the iTunes Store. If you have a backup copy of the older version of the app, remove the newer version, restore the old version to iTunes on your computer, and resync.
Update: Well, that was certainly quick. As of a short time ago, various sites are reporting that the Find My iPhone app is no longer displaying the previous error message. If it still is for you, delete it from your iPhone and re-download from the iTunes Store.

Hi. My photoshop elements 12 has suddenly stopped working. When i tried opening it yesterday absolutely nothing happened. After a reinstallation I got to choose between opening picture browser or photoshop elements and when trying to open elements nothing happens. Now I have reinstalled windows but still with the same result. I was using the program for several months without problem until yesterday when it suddenly stopped working. Any suggestions on what to do?

all the links in the header of any websites are not working, the cursor is not changing into pointer and no way to click on any link located at the top of any website page. I reinstalled firefox and it s the same. No problem in others browser. the tool bar is working but not the links inside any web page located between the top 300px height.

That's so you can text with your thumbs. If it does' tog back together automatically put your finger on the tiny typewriter and you should get a pop up to reconnect keyboard. Or more easily put a finger on each one and pop them together.

Hi, I tried to create a slideshow that contain more than 500 photos. Now, trying to open / execute / select the slideshow, iPhoto hangs with the spinning coloured wheel and I have only to force the deletion from System Preference. I already tried to rebuild the iPhoto Library (all the possible options) and tried to update teh version from 9.4.3 to 9.5 but the problem still persists: is there a way to delete this slideshow without selecting it ? How can I solve the problem, please?
Kind RegardsCan you restore your iPhoto Library from a backup version, that was created before you added the slideshow?
If not, have you tried to rebuild the slideshow with iPhoto Library Manager?

Before anyone can help, they need information to work with. Basic stuff:
- What version of iPhoto.
- What version of the Operating System.
- Details. What were you doing when the problem arose?
- Did it ever work properly?
- Are there error messages?
- What steps have you tried already to solve the issue.
Anything else you can think of that might allow someone else to understand your issue.
With this kind of information somebody can develop a starting point for troubleshooting the issue.
Posts that consist of "iPhoto doesn't work. Help" or "iPhoto won't print" or "Suddenly I have no photos!!!!!!!!!!" mean that any helper is simply guessing. With information, s/he may be able to get your issue resolved sooner. -
I have an email account causes the machine to hang up after being in use for a day. It only occurs on my Macbook Pro and only one particular account. The problem account works fine on my iMac and Windows Machines. I have been to the local Genius bar and through trial and error we have determined that Mail is working ok but somehow the account is causing the problem. I have used this account for years. Any ideas what is causing this?
No idea why, but one thing you may try if you have the time, is create a new user, and set up the problem mail account in the new user space. See if it causes your MBP to hang as well. That will tell you if it is something wrong with your main User, or something wrong with MBP.
Assuming this works, I'd nuke the problem account in your main user space, re-start, and reinititate the account and see if that helps.
Depening on how many email accounts you have setup, it may be necessary to nuke the whole Mail folder in your User/Library.... Hard way to get it to work, but just my idea. -
With my iMac running, I plugged in a USB drive. When I clicked on finder, I got the message Finder.app can't be opened - 10810. I removed the USB drive. I messed up while in Terminal.app trying to fix Finder problem. Now my terminal screen is blank, just the cursor, but no action after typing a command & clicking enter. Help!
I finally figured out a way to Restart (normal way wasn't working...) & that Restart DID FIX both the Terminal problem AND the Finder problem. So easy, yet so elusive. Thanks so much.

Having some problems with apps froms the app store
Hello. Since I got my iTouch I've been having some problems with some apps. Some work perfectly fine, but some others are just crashing after a few seconds. I've tried everything I found, but it seems like my problem is different from the one related by lots of others iPod users.
