I am not able to view videos on youtube, it stopped working last night after a brief power outage. What do I need to do to restore the ability to view youtube videos?
The power went out for a few seconds, when I went to watch videos on youtube, I was not able to. What do I need to do to restore this option. It seems to affect only youtube videos.

How to I restore the ability to view the contents of emails without opening
Several times I have been scrolling throuhg emails and the view of messages in my inbox will change so that I can no longer read messages without opening them. How do I change this back?
Two potential fixes.
1) BE sure they are apps that you installed and didn't come with ios5
2) Check your restrictions settings and be sure the "Delete Apps" isn't set to ON
Other than that, try resetting ipad (you dont lose anything) by holding power and home button until you see the Apple logo then let go. Once is powers back up see if you can delete again. -
My computer won't play videos from site like the Daily Show and the CW, but they stopped working last week. I have the newest version of Adobe player. Anyone know why the full videos will not play?
I failed to mention that the sound does play on the videos that are not playing.

Not able to upload .jpgs on a SD card to Ipad 3 with camera connection kit. What am I doing wrong?
I downloaded .jpgs only from a video recorder on to a SD card. Using the camera connection kit, the Ipad 3 is doesn't recognize any files in either Photos or iPhoto. Currently do not have iTunes available to sync photos. What do I need to do to get the iPad to recognize the jpegs on my SD card?
Solved my problem. Created a folder named: "DCIM" on the SD card. Moved all the .jpg files to this folder. Reconnected to the ipad with the camera connection kit, upload to ipad started outomatically in Photos app.

This is entirely a carrier issue. If your carrier (airtel) doesn't provide service outside of Mumbia, this has nothing to do with your iPhone.

Ipod touch 4th gen needed a new screen and sleep/wake switch. So, I replace them. I was able to get to settings and do "erase all content and settings". I am not able to totally shut this device off as it keeps restarting after a few seconds. I have used itunes to restore and also recover. Device will actually shut off and stay shut off if I leave it connected to the computer. The moment I unplug (3 seconds) the apple logo appears, it boots, unlock screen appears, I can unlock and operate normally, unplugged or not. Just cant get it to completely shut down unplugged. Any thoughts?
Try:
- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try on another computer
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem. Maybe you installed a bad component or damaged something during the repair/replacement.
Apple will not help since you worked on the iPod yourself. -

Apps can only be updated using the same Apple ID and password they were originally purchased with.

You will need to delete the keyboard from the other Mac. Simply disconnecting it leaves it still paired with the first Mac.

The warranty is NOT international. You must take it back to the country of origin if it needs repair. The E.U. is considered a single country for warranty purposes.

hey good day. i recently made a back up on my phone. then i took some pictures and videos. i accidentally restored the phone. some pictures and videos including pictures from my third party application were all gone. can i still have those back?
No. If you restored the device to an older backup, then the device was brought back to that date and time, which was before those photos were taken. When you restored the device, it deleted everything off the phone and replaced it with the earlier information.

Apple told developers they were removing that service over two years ago. The developers that depended upon it should have done something about it.
Why did they remove it? My guess is because it was pretty crappy, was difficult to maintain, and wasn't a good solution for multiple devices that could get the info without tethering to a "base" Mac.
