I am on an Exchange server, I have all appropriate HTML settings checked but my emails send with my signature as an attachment and anytime I embed a link it shows the link next to the word I tried to hyperlink with around it.

My emails also come across in plain text and not the fonts etc I have them set to. I have tried pretty much everything and nothing seems to work.

I would look into if the ports the smtp is using are open at all
if they are closed over 3g then it should work over wifi unles your wifi router block them too
and of cause if you set the wrong encryption or some of the other smtp settings then that too would
explain it

Yahoo's servers are notoriously unreliable. Use the "Yahoo" account type when setting it up. If it doesn't work, and you are positive the credentials are correct, wait a while and try again.
While you're waiting, set up a free gmail or iCloud email account.

Dmatthews5 do you receive any specific error messages when you try to download? Is the error occurring when downloading and installing the Creative Cloud Desktop application?

Thanks for the question. It sounds like you are trying to setup Two-Step Verification. After logging into http://appleid.apple.com, click "Password & Security". At this time you will probably be prompted to answer your security questions, go ahead and do so. Afterwards, the top section has a "Get started…" link to setup Two-Step Verification:

Unfortunately, based on your description, I would have to second that your Express is a "goner." However, before giving up on the unit, be sure that you attempt a "factory default" reset at least 3x just to be sure.

ITunes never shows the word "device" so, I cannot backup, sync etc

I rarely plug into iTunes, update, sync because iTunes does not show the word "Device" and does not show an icon for my device. I cannot find help no this topic under the help topic and it is becoming so time consuming as I am pretty much iPhone iTunes dumb. Can someone help. Hi maggieanntb, your sister's Apple ID came up because an app(s) was downloaded using her account. To prevent that from happening, you would have to delete the app(s) that were downloaded on her's, and re-download them using your own Apple ID.

The iPod's firmware is corrupt. You'll need to restore it again in iTunes. If necessary, place the iPod in recovery mode for iTunes to recognize the device. Use the instructions in this Apple support document to walk you through the process of placing the iPod Touch into recovery mode.

I've had similar issues. Turning off firewalls seems to help the download to complete properly. Otherwise, I'm not sure what the problem might be.

if you prefer not to see the contents of your attachments embedded in your email...
Open Terminal in Applications>Utilities and paste this in. Then hit return.
defaults write com.apple.mail DisableInlineAttachmentViewing 1
To reverse the setting, change the 1 to a 0.
