I am trying to accept the new terms and conditions on itunes but everytime I click agree it makes me do it over and over again and it wont let me buy music what is wrong?

It's happening on all platforms. Must be a server problem on Apple's end.

I just figured out the problem with my grandma's iphone.
Settings>iCloud>Delete Account
IT WILL NOT DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT. it just takes it off the phone. then you can log back in, and BAM, You're good I hope!

HT1937 tried to purchase an app from my iphone 4G phone and I wasn't able to do so because when it took me to the Terms and Conditions screen where there was 54 pages, there wasn't a section or button to accept the new terms at the end of the 54 pages.

I have an iphone 4S and I wasn;t able to purchase an app for it because I wasn't able to accept the new Terms an Conditions section. When I reched the last page of the Terms and Conditions, there wasn't an accept button or section, therefore I wasn't able to complete my purchase. Please advise.

Welcome to the Support Communities!
First, I recommend restarting your phone and then resetting if it's still not working:
Restarting your device
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until the red "slide to power off" slider appears, and then slide the slider.
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the Apple logo appears.
Note: Reset your device only if you are unable to restart it.
Resetting your device
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button together for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.

How do I access my iCloud account on my iPhone5 when it has greyed out everything. I can't click on anything & it keeps throwing up a message: to use iCloud I have to accept the new terms & condtions & when I click on there it says it can't contact the server!! This has been happening for months

If you are already signed into iCloud, first save your photo stream photos to your camera roll, then go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account, provide your password and choose Delete from My iPhone when prompted. Then after 30 seconds or so, sign back in. This deletes the account and iCloud data from your phone but not from iCloud. Your data will reappear on your phone when you sign back in.

The solution of "turning on cookies" worked for me. You can always turn the cookies off following the "accept".

Why can I only accept the new terms and conditions and keep getting sent back to agreeing (5 times and still going in circles)

Seems that I can no longer install anything, as every time I get forced to a page to read and accept the new terms and conditions - and no matter if I accept them or not, I only get sent back to read them again. Another reason my next smartphone will be android based!

Try resetting your iPad and start again, sometime that clears the problem

In other words, the upgrade process did not go altogether well and the device has lost all its contents. When you plug it in, they will be restored from the backup.
