I have the latest version of Firefox yet I am still getting an error message that says photoshop is no longer supported on my platfrom and thereofre it's not downloading.
Please give a bit more system details. Which OS and version are you on? Is it 32 bit or 64 bit. Try downloading the Creative Cloud App if not already installed from: https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud. You can choose to install PS from withing this app and need not rely on web page.

I am trying to download/install OS X Yosemite, and keep getting an "error" message
I have an iMac with version 10.9.5 ( OS Mavericks). When I try to download the OS X Yosemite, I just get an error message and it stops downloading. Have tried about 5 times. It worked with my husbands computer, and I did the same thing, so not sure what is wrong!
I am having the same issue. It doesn't go above the 870 MB. I was able to download Yosemite on my Mac Book Air.

Trying to download the 3.1 update and am getting an error message each time
Hey all!
I've been trying since this morning to download the 3.1 update for my 1st gen. iPod touch. I've been trying to download the update 6x now and now I am frustrated! Each time, it's within the very last seconds of the update that an error message pops up and says " There was a problem downloading the software for the iPod..The network connection timed out." Ugh, I am connected and I have been connected, so what's up with it?
Thanks in advance.Thank you for the quick response Anna. If nothing else, atleast I know I'm not the only one. I just talked to my dad and he said he downloaded his update this morning, just fine. I told him about the network connectivity issue and he said it sounded like Apple had too many people downloading the update at the same time. I certainly hope that's it. Though part of that makes no sense, seeing that the update was released a couple days ago!

updated iTunes and now get an error message that the file iTunes Library.itl cannot be read because it was created by a newer version of iTunes. ??
hello!
i have a similiar problem:
i upgraded my mac from 10.6.8 to 10.7.something recently, but i did NOT update itunes, still running version 10.4.1. now i wanted to open itunes but it tells me, that my iTunes Library.itl was created by a newer version of iTunes - which i never used!
its annoying since i dont want to be forced to download a 720MB pckage of itunes every month - even more so, if the system start "lying" to me.
or is it another problem? anyone got the same? any solution? maybe an erratic prompt?
thanks, florian -
I can not uninstall bonjour or itunes. I get a error message that it is on a netwok resource that is unavailable. help get it off so i can load a newer version.
I had a issue when my bonjour was deleted so I tried to delete all apple itms and then reinstall them but a few are left behind and I can not delete them so that when I try to reinstall itunes a error comes up that it can not delete a older version. Help me delete or fix this.Doublechecking before proceeding:
so that when I try to reinstall itunes a error comes up that it can not delete a older version.
At that point in time is it saying that it can't remove the older version of itunes or the older version of bonjour? (Either could be possible in this context, given your other symptoms, and whichever one is mentioned will make a difference to the treatment method.) -
TRYING TO DOWNLAOD DIGITAL COPY OF PROMETHEUS ONTO ITUNES. KEEP GETTING AN ERROR MESSAGE OF 5000. CAN ANY ONE HELP?
(1) Download the Windows Installer CleanUp utility installer file (msicuu2.exe) from the following Major Geeks page (use one of the links under the "DOWNLOAD LOCATIONS" thingy on the Major Geeks page):
http://majorgeeks.com/download.php?det=4459
(2) Doubleclick the msicuu2.exe file and follow the prompts to install the Windows Installer CleanUp utility. (If you're on a Windows Vista or Windows 7 system and you get a Code 800A0046 error message when doubleclicking the msicuu2.exe file, try instead right-clicking on the msicuu2.exe file and selecting "Run as administrator".)
(3) In your Start menu click All Programs and then click Windows Install Clean Up. The Windows Installer CleanUp utility window appears, listing software that is currently installed on your computer.
(4) In the list of programs that appears in CleanUp, select any iTunes entries and click "Remove", as per the following screenshot:
(5) Quit out of CleanUp, restart the PC and try another iTunes install. Does it go through properly this time? -
I tried to play my iTunes and suddenly get an error message that says "The song (name) could not be used because the original file could not be found. Would you like to locate it now?" It happens on each tune I select and a "?" appears beside the song. Does this sound familiar to anyone?
I was not complete clear.
Since you never changed the settings in the advanced section of iTunes preferecnes, you have to chech that your music is really in the location setted in the folders reported in the advanced section. If not you have 2 ways: reset the position of this folders or in the actual disk organisation or in the pointing on the preferences.
If you press the reset button you just give to itunes its default setting as for the position of the music files: probably this will be a good choice if you have never changed any default preference.
But before I would check the folders and see if the songs are really there
In my iTune I have this, and I believe it is the default.
