I am trying to fix a flash that someone created so that it works

correctly. each time i go to the publish preview it works, but the output keeps saying

If I change the Label it doesn't work. The publish setting is set for Flash Player 8, ActionScript 2.0. This is the main action code for the flash that I am trying to fix,  any help is appreciated
