As I said, I really do not want to change my email address because it is my work email.
I am a freelance professional and all my clients have been using this mac address for over ten years.
New clients arrive all the time through word of mouth, i.e. old clients who pass on my emial address to people who also need my services. Unfortunately a lot of business works this way, so I would lose lots of clients if I changed my email address. But I guess Apple doesn't know, or doesn't care, about how business works for other people (as long as they're making loads of money from products made by suicidal, slave-driven Chinese workers).
Why are Apple saying you can use iCloud on a PC when this is clearly not the case?
Why didn't they warn me that from one day to the next, the email address I've been using for a decade wouldn't work anymore? I've already lost so many work hours trying to sort this out.
I don't want an iPhone as my new HTC has a better CPU, a larger, higher-resolution screen, more memory, more powerful antennas, a better camera, it's lighter, etc., etc,; iPads are over-priced and more or less useless for my needs; and I already have three laptops and two desktops so I'm not buying an iBook o iMac just for the sake of it.
And with this attitude of Apple's, I'm hardly enthusiastic about buying anything from them anyway. So much for customer care. I feel abandoned and vaguely blackmailed by Apple.

Uninstall Keynote; this must be done with an application remover tool to delete the installation properly. Appcleaner is known to work correctly for this purpose, it is free and can be downloaded from here: Appcleaner Download

Is the issue with specific apps or all apps?
What version of iOS do the apps require? Some, possibly all, may require a newer version of iOS than the device is capable of running. -

The contents of the Music and Videos apps aren't included in a device's backup. If you don't have them on your computer's iTunes library then if they are iTunes purchases then you should be able to copy them back from your old iPad via File > Devices > Transfer Purchases and you can then sync them to your new iPad. If some/all of them are not iTunes purchases and you don't have them on your computer nor on your backup of your library then there are some programs listed half-way down this page which should be able to copy them back : https://discussions.apple.com/docs/DOC-3991

I just purchased Adobe Photoshop Elements 13 but my PC is not recognizing my CDRom and I cannot download the program. I tried copying the files on the program disc to my hard drive but get a message the installer will not work. I have the redemption code and serial numbers. Can I download the program online somewhere? If I download a trial version for instance will it allow me to enter my serial number and use it for the full program?

I am running Windows 7 Professional. When I try to install Flashplayer, I get to step 3, and then the installaion will not proceed any further. A blank dialog box appears, with Adobe Flash Player Installer in the upper left corner. I have tried to install on Explorer, Firefox, and Chrome. Nothing works. Please help.

I create a document in Print Shop Delux download pictures from that program to make a flyer. I'am trying to send the flyer to someone and they do not want it as an attachment so I'd like to send it in the body of the e-mail. They lettering on the flyer copy and paste but the picture will not copy and paste. How do I get the picture to copy and paste in the body of the e-mail. I can't copy and paste the whole document because in did a insert text box for the picture.

I successfully imported two of the videos but the others are not working, they are all MPEG-4 files. Now, they are not compatible. How to I get them into imovie?

If you are not getting any sound from the speaker, follow this article.

Ensure that there is nothing plugged in to the headset jack or the dock connector.
If the iPhone is in a protective case, make sure that the speaker port isn't blocked by the case.
Make sure that the speaker and dock port aren't clogged with debris. If necessary, clean it with a clean, small, dry, soft-bristled brush. Carefully and gently brush away any debris.
If an audio issue occurs when using a specific application, try testing other applications to see if the issue persists.
If the iPhone is paired with a Bluetooth headset or car kit:
Try turning off Bluetooth.
If you experience difficulties with the Bluetooth feature, follow these troubleshooting steps.
Restart the iPhone.
If restarting doesn't fix the issue, ensure that your iPhone is updated to the latest version of iOS.

A possible cause is security software (firewall) that blocks or restricts Firefox or the plugin-container process without informing you, possibly after detecting changes (update) to the Firefox program.
Remove all rules for Firefox from the permissions list in the firewall and let your firewall ask again for permission to get full unrestricted access to internet for Firefox and the plugin-container process and the updater process.

Let's start with iTunes.
Have you updated iTunes to 11.1.5, because the previous version did appear to have an issue about seeing iPods?
With iTunes 11.1.5 installed, look in Edit/Preferences/Devices, (or use the ALT key, followed by the E key and then the F key) and make sure that the box named Prevent iPods, iPhones and iPads from syncing automatically does not have a tick in the box.
Once you have doen those two things, check to see if the iPod is seen by iTunes.

OS stands for Operating System. (In computer speak, IO means Input/Output.)
iOS originally stood for iPhone Operating System, but it now refers to the iPod Touch and iPhone. The iPod Classic, which you have listed in your profile as your iPod, does not use iOS.
I assume that you have been listening to the Podcast in your iTunes on the computer as you cannot transfer it to your iPod. It's what I'd do. -

I purchased a movie yesterday and started the download. The download seemed to hang up at about 90%. Finally, it showed that it was ready to watch, but the movie will not play. Download is apparently corrupt. How do I get a working version?
Depending upon what country that you are in (films can't be re-downloaded in all countries) then try deleting the film from your iPad and redownload it via the Purchased tab in the iTunes store app (or the Purchased link under Quick Links on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page on your computer's iTunes).
If you aren't in a country where you can re-download films, or if you have problems with the re-downloaded version, then try the 'report a problem' link from your purchase history : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View Account menu option and you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it ; click on that and you should see a list of your purchases ; find that film and use the 'Report a Problem' link and fill in details about the problem (iTunes support should reply within, I think, about 24 hours).
If the 'report a problem' link doesn't work (it's been taking some people to this site on a browser instead of showing a form in iTunes) then you can try contacting iTunes support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/- click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page.
