That file could be set as a Launch Agent or Daemon in your ~/Library or /Library, You could try to look for it or Safeboot your computer and then empty the trash. iCal is designed for personal use, and isn't really meant to handle this sort of situation.
The best suggestion I can offer, though it's a trifle untidy, is: create a calendar for each therapist, giving each a different colour. Enter the availability for each therapist - if it's on a weekly basis you can make them repeating events. Then add the individual appointments, which will show alongside in the daily view. In this example, the 'purple' therapist is available from 1030 to 1700 and has appointments at 1200 and 1500.
If you have more than a few therapists available at any one time it's liable to look a bit messy, but it's the best I can think of at the moment.

You can only uncheck the cell phone number. The only way to delete it is to use for FaceTime and Messages an Apple ID not associated with the iPhone.

If you are trying to use a debit card then I don't think that they are still accepted as a valid payment method - they are not listed on this page and there have been a number of posts recently about them being declined
If it's a credit card then is it registered to exactly the same name and address (including format and spacing etc) that you have on your iTunes account, it was issued by a bank in your country and you are currently in that country ? If it is and it's being declined then you could check with the card issuer to see if it's them that are declining it, and if not then try contacting iTunes support and see if they know why it's being declined : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Account Management

How to use AirPlay mirroring with Cox TV Connect app for iPad?

I just bought an Apple TV 3 yesterday because I have been using the Cox TV Connect app for iPad a lot lately because I lost a lot of my favorite channels when I got rid of the higher teir of Cox Cable due of the price, and I can veiw these channels on my iPad now with the Cox TV Connect app. I thought if I bought an Apple TV I could use the AirPlay feature to stream the live TV shows from the iPad app to the TV through Apple TV and unfortuneately the option wasnt there, so I tried to mirror the iPad screen to the Apple TV but I dont have the option in the multitasking bar, anyone know why this is? I have updated the iPad and Apple TV to the software update that was just recently released. Even when im not using the Cox TV app on the iPad I still cant mirror my screen to the Apple TV, but I can do so with the iPhone 4S.

That document is describing what you say you are already seeing. It is talking about enabling the air play button in "apps like Videos, Music etc" as you described. So if you have the AirPlay button showing up in the iOS music and video players is it working as it is supposed to. So what is it you are not seeing?

Extracting the rankings is fairly simple, using RANK. But the data layout, with totals in non-contiguous cells, makes it impossible to use RANK without first gathering the totals into consecutive rows.
To do that, I made a small revision to the Total labels in column A of the supplied table, to make each label distinct from the others. The addition was a two letter prefix identifying each team, seen here in a sample set of rows and columns from the table:

Using Applescript to make a repeatedly keystroke

Hi, I am wondering if there's another place where this thread would be morewellplaced, but couldnt find anything about Applescripting, so here goes:
I dont know if this is possible, but i would like to have a key pressed repeatedly - all the time - while i am playing World of Warcraft on my mac.
I am playing in windowed mode - this means not in full screen.
In the game i have bound a certain action to the button "0" (zero).
I need to have this key repeatedly pressed every second or so.
Is this possible with applescript? And how would the script look?

I tried using this script. It didnt really do anything "inside" the game, other that my movements behaving strangely. I think it was running outside the game and kind of interfering in some manner.
I then tried to make an extra line in the script myself:
activate application "World of Warcraft"
I dont really know what it does, but it sounded like it maybe would press the key inside the actual game (in the right application window)... but this didnt work either.
So i may have to give up unless someone know something more about this.
