After reviewing several more suggestions, I found a YouTube video that described the issue and resolved it by cleaning the dock connector. I was skeptical, but I had noticed that immediatly after charging or using my dock that the audio would be back temporarily. After cleaning the dock port, the issue appeared to be resolved temporarily, but appears to have returned again. I will clean it well and then test again to see if it resolves the issue permanantly. So far this seems to have provided the best result.

Hi Pals,
Recently I've been working with the ACS 5.2 (Installed on VMWare). At the beginning I was using a Win Server 2003 Enterprise edition AD, and there was no problem with the AD and the CA Authority. Because some of my customers use Win Server 2008 I change the AD platform to Win Server 2008 Enterprise edition (x64).
I don't really have a great experience with Win Server Platforms and, for what I've seen, the Win Server 2003 Services deployment is easier than the Win Server 2008 is.
So, when I used the Win server 2003 I could not only synchronize the ACS with the AD but also use some groups created on the AD to perform the Network Access Authentication. When I try to do the same with the Win Server 2008 AD the ACS and the Server get Synchronized but when I want to add the groups for the Authentication purposes there is no one, absolutely nothing... so I cannot do any test.
Also I looked for information about the compatibility between the ACS 5.2 and the Win Server 2008 platforms and at the end the platforms are compatibles.
Any Idea??

This should generally work.
From what I could read, you cannot list AD groups when trying to select them under an authentication/authorization rule.
What about when trying to list them under the AD configuration?
Users and Identity Stores > External Identify Stores > Active Directory > Directory Groups > select...
Unfortunately, without more details on a specific error message, it would be hard to tell where the root cause could lie.
We could collect some initial logs from ACS 5.2, in order to start isolating the issue:
1. Log in to the ACS command line and enable the following debugs:
admin# acs-config
Escape character is CNTL/D.
Username:
Password:
acsadmin(config-acs)# debug-adclient enable
acsadmin(config-acs)# debug-log mgmt level debug
acsadmin(config-acs)# debug-log runtime level debug
2. Recreate the issue a couple of times by trying to list the AD groups in the authentication rule and even by trying to list them under
Users and Identity Stores > External Identify Stores > Active Directory > Directory Groups > select...
3. Take note of the time stamp when you recreate the issue and then collect the ACS support bundle from the Monitoring & Report Viewer, under
Troubleshooting > ACS Support Bundle
Please be sure of collecting the support bundle while checking the following options:
Include full configuration database = Unchecked
Include debug logs = All
Include local logs = All
Include core files = All
Include monitoring and reporting logs (all categories checked) = Include files from the last 1 day
Also, please communicate the time stamp when the issue is observed, so that we can track it faster in the logs.

since i updated my iphone 4 to ios 6, i ve noticed that the wifi connection turns off each time when the screen is locked. I need to be connected with wifi all the time so as to stay updated with all my emails. is there anyway for this problem.

I applied some edits to my photo using iOS 7's default photo editor. It looks great when I preview the image on iPhone, but I cannot export the edited photos onto my PC. Anyone know how can I do this?
yeah, in itunes if you select your phone, you should get tabs across the top for what to sync, under photos uncheck the box

I am use homesharing, but cannot sync the main library from the secondary computer to an iphone. It shows the entire libaray on the computer, but only shows a few songs when I try to sync iphone with the computer using homesharing.

Disable automatic syncing when the iPhone is connected with iTunes on each computer.
The only item you will have selected for syncing with iTunes on your computer at work will be Calendars, which is selected under the Info tab for your iPhone sync preferences with iTunes. I upgraded my iPhone 4 last evening to iOS 6, the upgrade completed and the device was usable. Then in the morning I went to the device to check E-mail, Voice Messages, Test Messages, etc... and the phone was dead. I tried plugging the device into a charger (for a couple of hours) - still dead. Plugged into computer with iTunes, device not recognized or discovered, and iPhone was still dead... Took the iPhone into an Apple Store and the Technician looked it over for any visible signs of defect/malfunction, then performed various tasks to breathe life into the phone - nothing... His suggestion, at this point, was to replace the phone. He speculated that the iOS upgrade possibly corrupted the iPhone's charging firmware, and that this device was now a BRICK. Keep in mind that the phone and it's charging abilities were perfectly fine prior to the iOS Upgrade. I hate to go through the replacement hassle and the cost ($159.00) when the iOS upgrade caused the problem. Any suggestions? Thanks!

you can update over the air with strong wireless signal, or by connecting to a computer running iTunes. Either works well. If you do the update over the air, be sure and attach your iPhone to a wall outlet so you have a solid power supply and don't risk the battery dying during the update.
The iTunes approach installs a much larger file because of the connection, but if you have not updated since 5.1 that might be a better approach...replace the entire operating system instead of patching.
Either way, backup the iPhone yourself just for your own protection in the off-chance something should go wrong...a little paranoia while updating is a good thing -

Do you mean through iCloud? You need to go to settings > iCloud and "delete account" and then sign in with the newly named account. You'll want to do similar for facetime, messages, and store.

Downgrading isn't possible. iTunes won't install iOS versions older than the latest compatible release, and if one's somehow installed anyway, Apple's servers won't activate the device afterwards.
