I am viewing a PDF in the new PDF Viewer in Firefox 19 and parts of the document look corrupted and do not view properly. Why is this?

This is a new feature, and not perfect. Also there are various versions of pdf file about. If necessary download the file instead, or consider using an add-on instead to view the files.

Yes, the store didn't properly activate the card. If the store is nearly then you could try going back and asking them to do so, if it isn't (or if they can't/won't help) then try contacting iTunes Support (you will probably need to give them images of the front and back of the card, and possibly its receipt) : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then iTunes Cards And Codes

I have found that complicated document structures causes Word to split the document into parts, but I've always gotten the whole thing, in multiple documents.
However, with two pages, I can't imagine it is that complicated.

Are you connecting your iPhone directly to your PC or to a USB hub?

Since I installed the new OS X Lion, the iCal syncing through iTunes is not working properly.

Since I installed the new OS X Lion, the iCal syncing through iTunes is not working properly.
When I sync my MacBook Pro with my iPhone and iPad, the events set in both devices (iPhone & iPad) are not transfered to the iCal on my labtop. Events created in both devices are transfered and copied betwen them when I sync them with the iTunes app (through the MacBook Pro) but they are not trasfered/copied into the labtop (iCal). The events created in the iCal (on my MacBook) are tranfered to the devices as two events on same hour. One, with the description created on the iCal, and the other as a New Event (no description). This is happening since I installed the new OS X Lion last week.
I file a report and talked with an Apple Support Representative, but they could not help me. They have not receive any other reports on this matter. Do someone has confronted this issue. I need to find out how to solve this problem.

Thank you very much for your help. It just worked fine. I have 4 macs in my company for 25 years (one is updated each year), and it is the first time I could not solve a problem for weeks. It gave me the opportunity to join this great community.

Do not worry. Hold Sleep (the button you have at the top of the phone) and Home buttons at the same time until your phone restarts, and then try installing the iOS update again.

Hi KiltedTim, as a newbie to Apple, iphones and forums I would appreciate an explanation of the 'Trolls and Mods' comments on your posting. I presume the Mods are Apple sentinels but am I really a Troll just because I made a criticism of the new iOS version (even though I did not know I was actually doing that). Am I a Troll to you because you personally disapprove of criticism of the new iOS or is Troll used by the community to describe anyone who speaks up if they are not happy about a change. Please understand that by asking these questions it is not my intention to be confrontational (I’ve been called far worse than a Troll over the years) but as I’m new to the group an insight into the politics may be beneficial. I can’t just export to word as I have done in the past in one simple click.
Convert to button is greyed out.
Now I have to save the pdf file on c drive when I am in outlook…then goto export pdf file…then find file then export to word.
I bought new computer with windows 8 (which is awful) and then bought pdf export again…
Any thoughts on how I can get back to one simple click again when I open a pdf file from an email in outlook?

strange problem with numbers:
suddenly have following message:

have it on every file I try to open with numbers. Pages works normally.
Anyone experienced something like this?

tried to open with time machine (yes, I do backups :-) but how does this system work? I can get a preview of the file, but again can' t open it.

Depending upon what country that you are in have you tried deleting and redownloading it via the Purchased link under Quick Links on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page on your computer's iTunes ? If you aren't in a country where you can re-download music or if it re-downloads in the state then try the 'report a problem' link from your purchase history : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via Store > View My Account and you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it ; click on that and you should see a list of your purchases ; find that song and use the 'Report a Problem' link.
