I have applied for the free up-to-date program for the mountain lion os x upgrade. I received a tracking number too. How do I use this number to find out the status of my request? I have not received any email since the past 24 hours of my applicaiton.
It's hard to give accurate advise without knowing exactly which iMac model you have?
However, beware that your iMac must meet both Processor and RAM requirements.

My daughter downloaded a bunch of apps and I need to know how to get them reversed. I have not received any email receipts, but the charges have shown up on my bank account. On 4/3 3 54.95 purchases went through on my checking account. I had a 50 dollar I tunes card and tried to buy an item worth 50 dollars. but instead 54.95 was charged 3 times from my bank account on iTunes card. I talked to my bank and iTunes. ITunes said they would refund all of them. I check my apps purchases on my pc and all 3 of the charges say refunded but I have received no money. On top of that I did not receive anything I purchased. what should I do to get my money back?
It can take a number of days before the refunds will show on your card - if they aren't there by the end of the week then try contacting iTunes Support again.

And it was not me!! I tried to reset 5 or 6 times my password but no message in my inbox. (the email that I was successfully registered in the community here was sent OK.)
What can I do? I still can enter into my APPLE ID with my current password but I want to change it.

Built-in to OS X is the ability to capture an entire screen or selected portions. Snaps are saved to the Desktop by default:
COMMAND-SPACE-3 snaps the entire screen.
COMMAND-SPACE-4 lets you select a portion of the screen to snap.
In your Utilities folder is a utility called Grab that provides similar functionality and more.
Then there are dozens of third-party solutions such as SnapNDrag and SnapzProX. You will find them and others at MacUpdate or CNET Downloads. Most have trial versions or trial times so you can test them out. -

It's possible something has become corrupted in your AppStore cache folder. I had the same problem that occurred after I did a partial download, paused it, and attempted to restart it again later. Here's how I fixed my problem:
Enable AppStore Debug menu:
1. Quit AppStore completely.
2. Run Terminal and enter the following on the command line: defaults write com.apple.appstore ShowDebugMenu -bool true
3. Restart the AppStore. You should see a new menu called "Debug".
Clear the download cache:
4. In AppStore, select Debug menu / Show Download Folder
5. Quit AppStore completely, but leave download folder open
6. In the download folder, select all files/folders, then delete them.
7. Restart AppStore. You may need to sign in to your Apple account again.
You may need to restart your computer to be able to delete the files from the trash.
You can then try the download again. -

I already tried rebooting, and I tried hooking it up to itunes as well, no luck there either.Try to reset all settings.
Settings > General > Reset > Reset all Settings. It won't delete your data.
When you say reboot, do you mean you pressed the home and sleep button at the same time until it restarted? -

At this point your depts management should be demanding more detailed info on order status. They have you customer service folks answering these question blindly, wasting your time and mine and ultimately costing verizon money which they will pass along to me and the other millions of customers out there.
