Contact the original owner, and ask them to remove the device from their icloud.

You purchased a gray market phone. The iPhone is not available for sale from any Authorized source in Ukraine. There are no authorized or supported carriers in Ukraine.

If you want an iPhone, go to a country where unlocked iPhones are available for legitimate sale and purchase one directly from Apple. -

I recently changed my password to my apple id and was able to log into everything fine except the icloud on my ipad. It reverted back to an old apple id and I don't know the password. I have tried all the suggestions and no luck.
You didn't say what you've tried, but f the old ID is an earlier version of your current ID, temporarily recreate the old ID by going to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID. Click edit next to the primary email account, change it back to your old email address and save the change. Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address. You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iDevice, even though it prompts you for the password for your old account ID. Then save any photo stream photos that you wish to keep to your camera roll. When finished go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud). Next, go back to https://appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address and iCloud ID name back to the way it was. Now you can go to Settings>iCloud and sign in with your current iCloud ID and password.

I ordered the IX500 Scan Snap through Amazon and received the incorrect Adobe Acrobat XI Standard disc in Windows format instead of for my Mac. I contacted Amazon and they suggested I contact Scan Snap who suggests I contact Adobe for the correct disc. Please help.
Fujitsu delivers only Adobe Acrobat for Windows, not Mac.

You cannot reactivate the device without knowing the previous owner's information. This is the new antitheft measure built into the iPhone.

In there,there will be written manage your account,click on that.There will be the option of sign in.At the bottom of the password box there will be written FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD? click on that and go through the information required and your password will be sent to your email account.

When I turn my iphone on, after its been shut down (in cinema, meeting ect.) it turns on and off again. Yes I've tried updating it and restoring it. Infact i've just tried restoring it and now its been doing it for the past 3 hrs! HELP!

Apps are permanently tied to the ID used to purchase them.
Go to https://appleid.apple.com/cgi-bin/WebObjects/MyAppleId.woa/ and re-set th password for the old one.
Then, log into the app store with it and update the apps purchased with that ID. -
I had. To change my Apple ID as my email I'd was going to cease. I did that using my IBM laptop. Now when I am trying to log on to iTunes thru my ipad2 it still has old Apple ID, I tried after reading other discussions to delete the account thru I cloud. If your account is disabled you might be able to re-enable it via this page : http://appleid.apple.com, then 'reset your password'
You might then need to log out of your account on your iPhone and iPad by tapping on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Storeand then log back in so as to 'refresh' the account on it.
For your security questions, if you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) on your account then the steps half-way down this page will give you a reset link on your account : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5312
If you don't have a rescue email address then you will need to contact Support in your country to get the questions reset.
