I bought a song for Rs 15 but was charged Rs 60 according to my Bank. Why?

I have purchased a lot of apps before and music store was introuced recently, so was it somekind of registration charge. Please help.

There isn't any sort of registration charge, you are only charged for what you buy. When buying the song did you change the credit card details on your account (and/or your name and address) ? If you did then it's probably a temporary store holding charge to check that the card is valid and active, and which should should disappear within a few days or so : store holding charge.
