Welcome to the Apple Support Communities! I understand you have purchased content from inside an application on your iPad, but when you try to access that content you get an alert that it has been purchased but not downloaded. We know your credit card has been charged because you contacted the bank. At this point I would suggest reporting the issue to the iTunes Store. Hi, so I pushed autofill because I thought that it would put music on my phone from a different iTunes library but it didn't work, and now the songs show up grey in my music on my phone and they won't play, but they are still there. What can I do to fix this and get rid of the grey songs?
Go back to iTunes, select the Music tab, uncheck the 'sync music; button, then hit apply.

I am living in moscow, but i have a mastercard in vietnam. I changed my location in itunes from Russia into Vietnam. But when I change my billing info, and write my card's informations. It said I have problems with the address. I typed my address in VN. What should I do now ????
To answer the second question first, the owners of the music (and that is not Apple) decide where their music can be sold. If they decide (for whatever reason) not to sell their music in a particular country, they will not let a music retailer (that is Apple this time) sell it in that country. So the "system" is beyond Apple's control.
As for your first post; (if I understand you correctly), the iTunes Store knows that you are in Russia, so using a credit card registered in Vietnam is simply going to look like you're trying to get round the system.
The credit card is tied to an address, and therefore to a country. Simply using a different country's address is not going to work.
By the way, this is a world-wide situation. It's not a matter of having to use a Russian card, whatever card you use has to be registered at an address in Russia.
Use the support link in the iTunes Store to contact Apple and see if you can straighten out whether you can buy songs, where ever you are and with whichever card you have. -

If the email's not in a spam filter, you need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; this can be done by phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, or clicking here and picking a method, or if your country isn't listed in either article, filling out and submitting this form.
They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.

Bought films from iTunes on my laptop but cannot sync it on to my ipad2
I bought movies from iTunes on my Sony Vaio laptop but finding it difficult to sync it with my ipad2.Also a movie I downloaded from iTunes on my ipad2 was synced with my laptop but has now disappeared altogether from my ipad2 and can only now be watched on my laptop.Any useful tips on how to get it back on my ipad2?
The movie should have transferred to the iTunes library when you synced with iTunes. To ensure that purchases do transfer, when you are connected to your computer and iTunes is running, right click on the iPad name under devices and select - Transfer Purchases. You can also go to the iTunes menu at the top and go to File>Transfer Purchases.
When you sync with iTunes you must select all of the items that you want to sync to the iPad. Make sure that you have the heading - Sync Movies selected (put a checkmark in the box next to the heading) and do the same for the movies (put a checkmark in the box next to the names of the movies).
On the iPad - from your home screen - swipe to the right and the search feature will pop up. Type in the name of the movie and see if it appears. Tap on the movie if it shows up and it should start playing. Let it play for a short period and then tap - Done. Then go back to the Videos App and see if it appears in there now. -

If you bought it from the Apple on-line store you should have received an email giving a tracking number for the shipment (At least you do in the USA). You then use the tracking number to track the shipment and delivery. The tracking page should give you a way to contact the shipping company. If you got it elsewhere, contact them.

I restarted my itouch using the home button and top button...it restarted but it only shows the apple logo and that is it. I deleted all files from ifile and then it froze... any ideas of how to make it work again?
