I bought a start up disc (Snow Leopard 10.6.3). I do what it says to change the password, but it wants the old password first. I bought it on amazon.

I created an Apple ID for iTunes using a work email address and left that company before I had an opportunity to change the email and password for that same account. Now I can't seem to login to that account and I can't choose the option for forgot password because it will send email to the old workplace. If you remeber the password to that Apple ID then follow these steps
1 - Make sure you have an email address that is NOT an Apple ID
2 - Go to AppleID.Apple.com
3 - Where it reads Manage Apple ID - Sign in
Once you are signed in want to make sure the email address you are wanting to use is NOT set up as a "Recovery/Rescue" email for this account.
[To check this - Main page where you see Primary ID - below do you see the email address you want to use listed towards the bottom? Yes - Delete / No - Good ./. If made any adjustments "Save" Next on the left select "Password & Security" - Answer your security questions you set up "if you have any" then scroll towards the bottom and check to see if you see the email address you want to use. Yes - Delete / No - Good] <-> Also you can change your password on this page as well. Any adjustments made "Save"
Once this is done go back to the main page where you should read "Primary ID" and change the email address that is showing to the new email address youo want. "Save" Done

Hi, after a little more looking, I think your response might lead me to a solution. It looks like the Snow Leopard install package is on my MacBook Pro hard drive but apparently something isn't right because I'm still running 10.5. I found something called 10.6 Install Package or something like that and clicked on it. It asked me where I wanted to install it and I said on the MacBook Pro hard drive in a new folder called Snow Leopard. It told me the installation was successful. I then restarted the computer but it is still using 10.5. Any suggestions on what to do now?

You can install CC on two computers and use them both (even different OS if needed)
You can also sign out with your Adobe Creative Cloud application on one computer and log in on another computer, the max of active systems is 2 but it should be possible to have them on multiple systems with signing in and out.

You can't transfer songs from iPod to computer using iTunes, except for songs you purchased from the iTunes Store (and you can re-download any previous purchase from the iTunes Store Purchased screen).
However, there are third-party methods and utilities that can transfer songs files from iPod to computer. If you do a Google search on something like "ipod transfer," you should get some links.

When you say 'changed my email with the itunes store and have a new password' do you mean that you've changed the email address on that old account, or are you referring to a different account ?
If you've updated the old account then try logging out of the account on the phone by tapping on the id at the bottom of the Featured tab in the App Store app and then log back in with the updated version.
If they are different accounts then all apps (and other content from the store) are tied to the account that downloaded them, so only that account will be able to download updates to them. For apps like Twitter and Facebook you could delete them from the phone and redownload them via your account so that they are linked to that instead.
If there are apps that have content in them, and you can't copy that content off (so that you can delete the app, buy/download it on your account, and copy the content back), then you will need the password to the old account to be able to update them. You should be able to get it reset via http://iforgot.apple.com

Remote Access finds the IP address plus the ISP web address, but attempts to connect fail. I suspect there is a way for me to properly change the IP for the client since all other info is the same. I searched the user manual and info online but can not find any info that specifically address the above situation. Both computers are Macbooks.
