I can buy things on iTunes and App Store but for some reason won't let me buy gems on clash of clans?
I have been trying to buy gems on an app called clash of clans. I have bought a song and 99 cent app to make sure I can buy things. But it still says contact apple support and won't let me buy gems on app any ideas?

I've been producing a podcast for a while now, and just recently had this problem. I've updated the rss feed and loaded new episodes to the podcast, but for some reason the episodes are showing up in the iTunes store when you search for the podcast, but the "Podcasts" app on my iPhone isn't updating, and neither is my subscription to the podcast in my iTunes software.
Can anyone tell me my why the store has my latest episodes, but my subscriptions don't update and add them?That is the correct feed URL.
The title for the episode of 4th February has an ampersand ('&') in it. You can't have an ampersand in an XML file such as a feed because it indicates the start of a code sequence which is never completed, thus rendering the entire feed unreadable in same readers. I'm surprised that the Store is coping with it - evidently the programming recognizes that it's within a tag; the iTunes application, which is a different program, isn't and so is showing no episodes as it can't read the feed.
You need either to replace the ampersand with the code
&
or the word 'and'. -
Help! I updated iTunes on my windows 7 laptop and I updated my iOS on my iphone4 and I used a USB to plug it into my computer but it doesn't have the "iPhone"" icon appear in the corner of the screen. I changed my Apple ID to my new email address successfully for the iTunes and App store but it won't work for iCloud and it won't recognize my password. I read that this can't be done. How am I supposed to get into iCloud? I plan on getting rid of my old email address which is my old Apple ID so how is that going to work?

I changed my Apple ID to my new email and now cannot find any way to access icloud. Unfortunately I had allowed icloud to hijack my airbook files, so of course I am afraid I will lose them tomorrow when I exchange my iphone for a new one and cannot keep an icloud account i cannot access. What a poor sync system! Really atypical for apple! -
Just bought a new iPhone and am having trouble with iTunes and App Store. I can log in to Cloud, iTunes, and app store but once I try to download, it says "Youe apple id has been disabled". I've reset my password three times and have no issue on my Pad.

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. I would recommend rebuilding the iPhoto library per this article:

Quit iPhoto if it is open.
Hold down the Command and Option keys on the keyboard.
Open iPhoto.

I downloaded a movie last night from iTunes and it downloaded to my laptop and my phone but for some reason it now won't play on my laptop. The album artwork on my laptop has gone and it exists perfectly on my phone. What do I do?
I paid for it so I'd really like to avoid paying again just to see this movie. Is it because it's on my iPhone? Whenever I try to click on the movie to make it play it just does nothing like it's not there. The file for the movie exists within my iTunes library files but I can't seem to click and drag it into iTunes or open it with iTunes. If you're using the BlackBerry browser, you can't configure anything to bypass the RIM servers. I believe you may do so by using the Opera browser, but I haven't tried it myself so cannot comment with authority.

What happens when you try?
Have you tried restarting or resetting your iPad?
Restart: Press On/Off button until the Slide to Power Off slider appears, select Slide to Power Off and, after It shuts down, press the On/Off button until the Apple logo appears.
Reset: Press the Home and On/Off buttons at the same time and hold them until the Apple logo appears (about 10-15 seconds).
No data will be lost. -
