I can not Install an app downloaded to my pc, on my ipad

I used my PC to download apps from apple store. The app is saved on the PC. When I am trying to sync my ipad with the itunes on the PC and get the app installed. The procedure suddenly stops on step 3 (determining apps to sync) . I have tryed some solutions but none of them worked.

Thanks for your reply. I tried your suggestion, though. The problem still persists. The time I click "Sync" button. I see the progress on top of the iTunes window. Steps 1 & 2 finish successfully but right after step 3 starts, the procedure stops and the apple logo appears. No need to explain that the app is not transferred to ipad.

As Johnathan has written yes apps for iPhone will work in the iPad, however there is a '+' mark on the icon you touch or click for download which indicates both iPhone AND iPad apps. Those apps will display perfectly for the iPad.

I can't personally as I never really liked nor used the picture frame feature in iPad. Just search in the App Store and read customer reviews and you'll likely find something you'll like.

Ive got an E63 cell phone, and it works cool.
The problem is, I installed on it the foursquare app from OviStore, later i had to format the sd card and now I do not see nowhere the app or this archive .sis, the cell phone recognize like the app is installed, but the archives installed was deleted in my sd card.
I go to the Ovi Store again and when i get the foursquare app label it does not let me get the aplication, the Download button appears unable... And now I do not know what to do...

Let's start with iTunes.
Have you updated iTunes to 11.1.5, because the previous version did appear to have an issue about seeing iPods?
With iTunes 11.1.5 installed, look in Edit/Preferences/Devices, (or use the ALT key, followed by the E key and then the F key) and make sure that the box named Prevent iPods, iPhones and iPads from syncing automatically does not have a tick in the box.

Really?
OS stands for Operating System. (In computer speak, IO means Input/Output.)
iOS originally stood for iPhone Operating System, but it now refers to the iPod Touch and iPhone. The iPod Classic, which you have listed in your profile as your iPod, does not use iOS.
I assume that you have been listening to the Podcast in your iTunes on the computer as you cannot transfer it to your iPod. It's what I'd do.

The problem is when i drag n drop downloaded apps from torrentz into itunes n syncronize it add those apps into my itouch ... but the message shown in my i touch is .. that application failed to install..
in the itunes those appliacations are unchecked automatically ... but i can install apps which are downloaded from the istore .... they are working properly

I can't install any app in my iPad. When I touch the install button for some app in the AppStore, the new icon appears in the home screen, but the progress bar does not progress and it says Waiting.
When I sync my iPad with iTunes in my laptop, I can Install apps in the ipad from iTunes, but when I disconnect the ipad and try it directly on the device,it does not work.

Check iTunes and see if you have a pending/stalled download e.g. Podcast, Music or Movies. Finish off the download and apps should start downloading.
If there are no pending or stalled downloads, sign-out of account, reboot and sign-in again.

If you installed Leopard that is why you can't install Mt Lion. The system Must be running Snow Leopard 10.6.8 to upgrade to Lion or Mt Lion.
If you only erased the Macintosh HD partition then you left the Mt Lion Recovery HD partition in tact on that system. At startup hold down the Command+r keys to boot to the Recovery HD Partition. From there erase the Macintosh HD partition and then select Reinstall Mac OS X. It should then download Mt Lion and ask you for the Apple ID that was used to purchase Mt Lion.
The Reason Snow Leopard might not be installing is because of the Recovery HD partition. To get rid of that you must First Re-Partition the drive As One Partition. Then install Leopard then SL (Or Snow Leopard from the start) and then update it to 10.6.8. Once that is done you should be able to log on to the Mac App Store and Re-Download Mt Lion.

I find it difficult to believe that it took you a year to realize your phone was defective.
Restore the phone as new. Wait a couple of days before adding any apps to see if it's running ok. Then, add apps a couple at a time so that, if any of them cause issues, you'll have an idea which one.

Flash Player version 10.1.102.64 is the last version available to PPC Mac users. However, this Flash version won't work for many videos on Facebook, YouTube and other sites. Adobe's latest version, 10.2.x or later, is only for Intel Macs. Adobe will not provide a newer Flash version for PPC Macs.
The message requesting that you download Adobe Flash Player takes you to Flash Player requiring an Intel processor. Doesn't work on a PowerPC processor. I found a hack, installed it & it works with Firefox, TenFourFox & Safari.
Download this http://www.steelbin.com/FPforFBPPC.zip to your desktop, unzip it, and replace the current Flash Player plug-in which is in your main/Library/Internet Plug-Ins folder, (not the user Library). Save the old one just in case this one doesn't work.
